NO STARS!!!! Is the worst most unprofessional doctors office I have ever seen in my entire life !!! First off I went to the doctor since I first and out I was pregnant and I did not see the doctor not one time. I also had preeclampsia which she did not help me with at all which can be fatal to me and my child !!!! Lastly she did not even deliver my child on the day he was born! The office over books everyone and everyone has to comment on the same day !!! The ultrasound tech could not show me anything on my ultrasound on my last month of pregnancy nor prior to my last mom because she said she did not know how to use the machine !!!! The final straw with this office is the staff in the front appointment desk ! A man and a woman and they both are very unprofessional and very rude to every customer that comes through this office ! After I had my son I went to my postpartum appointment and again I did not even get to see the doctor !!!!! A year later hey pregnant again and I vowed I would never go to this office ever again and as I was waiting for my appointments with the doctors in womens in Baton Rouge I thought since I am already registered in this office I can make an appointment here just to make sure everything is fine even though I did not want to I called to make the appointment and they told me THERES A NOTE ON MY CHART TO NEVER SCHEDULE THIS PATIENT AGAIN! I asked the man who works in the front office appointments why was that on my account and he answered me with a rude and smog comment I do not know and I cannot tell you why !!! Would not bring my dog here to die this is the worst office Ive ever been to in my entire life and if you know whats best for you you will definitely not let this office take you and as a patient ! I feel horrible for the current patients and I know that you will have a horrible experience whether you imagine it not to be or not at first !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a surgery 2 years ago on my private.. Because my private was bothering me.. Dr. Jill said she would trim off my access labia.. It took 3 months for my scheduled surgery.. I was so exited that it was finally getting fixed an I wouldnt have any problems.. After the surgery the results were horrifying to see.. the stiches were falling out and I had tiny holes in my skin.. After it healed.. I regretted ever getting the surgery.. It looks so horrifying to see.. I cried so much.. Im even crying writing this.. I went to a second doctor to see if he could fix it.. He said he couldnt do anything for me... I had the surgery when I was 11 now Im 13.. Most people would wonder why I would care what it looks like since nobody else is looking at it.. But I see it.. All the time.. I really wish I would have fount another surgeon to do this.. I regret my decision deeply..

I love Dr. Jill! Genuinely one of the nicest women & patient doctors we have met! She is so caring and we knew it was very genuine. My husband and I had tons of questions when we went pregnant with our first child and she answered each one without rushing us out and making us feel silly for asking. I dont think I have ever had a medical doctor spend so much time with us answering our questions and helping us to understand everything and it really meant so much to us! The front desk staff (a man & a lady) were not always very friendly or warm and they rarely smile but it was not bad enough to stop my husband and I from going back because we really loved Dr. Jill and the nurses so much. I would highly recommend Dr. Jill to anyone going to an OBGYN for the first time! She makes you feel 100% comfortable. We had a great experience!

Worst experience ever. Do not go to this doctor. She refuses to provide birth control unless you fit a specific group. Ive had terrible side effects from my birth control and requested a new one last year to no avail. I again tried to request what I wanted last year and she still denied it this year. There is no medical reason to the refusal except for basing her decision off of research from the 1970s. Also, her nurse practitioner didnt read my chart completely and tried to perform unnecessary procedures. It wasnt until I pushed her to reread my chart that she realized that she was incorrect because she didnt read the second line of my chart.

Only 3 stars. I went to my first doctors appointment today with Miss Jill Gibson, she was great absolutely fantastic. The only thing wrong is her staff is absolutely horrible. I accidentally gave her insurance card from over a year ago. I was supposed to be fully covered, and she said it doesnt work like that. So I got charged for something I was fully covered for. I absolutely cannot stand people who dont know how to do there job.

Kind and caring physician whose practice is aesthetically appealing. Unfortunately there is a lack of respect for their customers time. My daughter and I have had a combined 3 appointments. We experienced a minimum of 30-45 minutes after our scheduled time before We were taken to another room to wait another 30 minutes to be seen. A clients time is just as valuable as the physicians. I hope this practice improves their timeliness.

Dr. Gibson and her staff are all incredible; she delivered my daughter in 2013 and did a wonderful job throughout my pregnancy/during labor. I went 26 weeks with her through my second pregnancy and am sad that I had to switch OBs due to moving to a different state. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jill Gibson to anyone looking for a comfortable place to be accepted into, she just makes you feel so at ease and cared for.

Called to make an appointment because I needed a sonogram done within 2 days from the day I called and they gave me an appointment for the very next day! WOW, thats never heard of anymore! Staff member, Amanda was extremely helpful and nice! I will recommend her office to anyone that needs an OBGYN! Such a nice change from the normal office staff that I have experienced at other OBGYN offices.

Went in for a normal visit and requested additional testing to be donethe nurses and Dr. Gibson always make you feel 100% comfortable and able to discuss any topic without fear of insecurity or the possibility of being judged. I will never go to another OB/GYN as long as Dr. Gibson is around

I just had my first appointment and was nervous. Dr. Gibson didnt rush, she explained everything to me. I had several questions and concerns, she was patient and answered all my questions. I didnt feel embarrassed like I thought I would, and would recommend Dr. Gibson to anyone.

Dr. Gibson and her staff are very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, I will not continue treatment here because Dr. Gibson referred to me to a specialist. I think this is a great Dr. to see if you dont have any major issues. The ultrasound tech is excellent, as well.
