This doctor apparently stays overbooked. I came for my afternoon appt which I booked weeks in advance and had to make arrangements to get off work-- very, very difficult to do. He was running 2 hours behind and basically said he couldnt see me today-- re-schedule. Not as easy as it sounds-- I took off work to get there and would not have that opportunity again for another month. I drove across town to get to this office. I offered to wait-- no deal. Also, patient portal didnt work and the main number doesnt always get answered during the day-- it rings endlessly---no voicemail-- no way to leave a message.

Dr. Ling is a wonderful doctor. I had a tear that was misdiagnosed by 10 other doctors and in one visit Dr. Ling knew what to give me to fix it. I was at the point of considering surgery and he just gave me a miracle cream. Not only did he fix my problem but I suffered for years with this and he managed to heal me in 2 days! I owe him many thanks!

Always treated respectively and professionally. Dr. Ling is familiar with my condition and is understanding regarding limitations and effects it has on my body, from driving to weather conditions, i.e. cold weather.
