HORRIBLE- the receptionist CHRISTINA in the front office called me "HUN" and was very rude on the phone and condescending and this was not the first time she had treated me this way. - i went to this dr because I had my cycle for 15 weeks. I got the run around about treatment for issue. Sent to an Endocrinologist for my thyroid and he said my thyroid was fine. Sent back to dr and she couldnt even remember why I actually went in there- she said I hadnt had a cycle for months ( no actually Dr. I had had my cycle for 15 weeks straight) !!!! Instead of treating me they referred to every other dr they could and also was referring me to drs that were not even in my network. LOOK IT UP yourself they told me. How about you talk to me about it maybe being my hormones? Did you look to see that I was so anemic from the event that I need to go the hospital for an infusion of iron? Does this make any sense? You know my insurance and why would you refer me to a dr that is not in my network. Be resourceful!! DO YOUR DAMN JOB. The nurse MELISSA told me to find another dr if I didnt like my care. INSTEAD OF talking with me about why I felt that way. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTORS OFFICE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DOCTOR THAT ACTUALLY CARES

Dr. Kristin Miller has a very poor team and customer service. I was referred to her by my specialist. I called to schedule an appointment before my specialist releases me to her and I was able to schedule an appointment to see Dr. Miller 3 days before my released day. Then a member of her team called me several times while I was overseas asking me to recall them to reschedule my appointment after the released day. Then, they got in touch with me once I made it back to Memphis and the front desk lady was like, "WE LEFT YOU SEVERAL MSG AND U NEVER GOT BACK TO US”; we cant see you till after 3 weeks from the original scheduled appointment; and I told her I am getting released after 1 week and asked what happened to my original appointment? She was like, we canceled it and you will need to reschedule. I asked her to cancel everything because I didn’t have the strength to deal with such a team/ or service. I assured her that I will let my specialist know about this situation and she was like HAVE A NICE DAY MA’AM and hung up. I called another Dr. Office and they took me right away with no issues or attitude. VERY POOR and UNWANTED SERVICE Dr. Miller!

I would highly recommend Dr. Miller. Prior to becoming her patient, I saw a Dr. at a large practice (MOGA), where it felt like they were herding cattle. It was incredibly impersonal. I had a miscarriage at MOGA did not feel like the Dr. or staff treated me with compassion or on a personal level at all. As soon as I met with Dr. Miller, I knew it would not be like that with her. I ended up having another miscarriage, and cannot say enough good things about how compassionately she and her staff treated my husband and me. About a year later, she delivered my healthy baby boy when she was not even on call. She could have left after examining me on her rounds at 6 and passed me off to the on call doctor, but instead she stayed until 9:22 when my son was born. The complaints about the long wait time or long lead time for an appointment is because she takes her time with every single patient and tries her very best to be there for every single delivery. I am so glad I switched from MOGA to her!

I rate Dr. Miller so high b/c she is WONDERFUL! She would get 10 stars if I could! She did my first section with my daughter Ava who is now almost 3, Dr. Miller is not my OB, but she is the on-call dr. for my OB. Then I was pregnant with my 2nd child, a boy, and we lost him. She delivered him via c-section again. She was so gentle with us and compassionate. My husband couldnt come in, b/c I opted to be put to sleep since my son had died, so Dr. Miller held my hand until they finally put me to sleep. She is so kindhearted. She delivered our son and made it possible for us to make some memories with him, pictures, footprints, video, etc... If I didnt love my OB i would go to Dr. Miller. I highly suggest her! :)

Dr. Miller is hands down one of the best OBGYNs in the city of Memphis. Many of my best friends are her patients which speaks volumes to the kind of doctor that she is: compassionate, trustworthy, and loved by everyone who knows her. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Miller!

I cant rate because I didnt get to see her. No new patients if you are over 62. :( But Ill give 5 stars because the receptionist was very nice and apologetic.
