I have no complaints with any of there vets they have taken wonderful care of our little girl Cinnamon. Recently we too her in for her shots while speaking with the doctor we asked about grooming we where told the Deland location has a shop next door Groomingdales. Cinnamon was given a clean bill of health on returning home we called to schedule a grooming appointment for the next morning. The next morning we dropped Cinnamon off noticing small dogs running around loose behind the gated grooming area I told the manager our little girl has the bad habit of swallowing objects and eating pooh and food. On picking Cinnamon up we noticed she was a bit sluggish when we got her in our pickup she imediatly passed gas not out of the ordinary for her the smell was. AS the day wore on she became more lethargic refusing to eat by the next day she was far worse after taking her to the Deltona location four days in a row she finally began to swing around . This little adventure cost around six hundred dollars we can prove nothing yet one day you have a rock and roll dog the next a very sick dog makes one wonder. In closing I would say the doctors rock I would however say their grooming facility is a truly high risk enviroment we will not be back.

If I could rate this establishment any higher, I would. I went in today around 3 pm, not really knowing what to expect. I just did a walk in visit, no appointment or anything. The office looks like its recently been redone, they have refreshments and plenty of seating to wait for your appointment. I probably waited about a half hour or so (which I didnt mind) because they had a euthanasia scheduled for one of their clients dog, which was heartbreaking. They were extremely courteous and kind, especially to the people getting their dog euthanized. The lady at the front desk (didnt get her name) was really friendly. Both the vet tech and vet were incredibly nice and outgoing. I honestly could not have been happier!! It was also incredibly affordable! Definitely will be returning!!

If you enjoy watching your pet suffer from misdiagnosis, flushing hundreds of dollars down the drain, wasting countless hours and then this is the vet for you. Never will you see the same vet twice and they will never take responsibility for their mistakes. Instead, they will try and blame you, the owner, for their poor quality of work, lack of knowledge and awful problem solving skills. I even got one vet that didnt speak English but Mandarin, I think. I complained and made many attempts to let them remedy this situation but if you complain you will be met head on with animosity, bad tempers and a lack of compassion. The owner seems to enjoy responding to these complaints and that is why I thought they would fix the problem. Wrong again.

My experience at Newman Veterinary Centers in DeLand began with the addition of my golden retriever to the family. Dr. Hutchinson and NVCs staff of veterinary assistants/technicians (Jessica, Cheryl, Emily, Brittney and Linda) have provided excellent care to my growing retriever, properly assessing his general health needs and assisting during unexpected visits. The care and treatment plans are thorough and the staff is extremely pleasant. All-around a great experience with NVC DeLand! The establishment feels like a family and my dog is excited to be greeted by the familiar and loving employees.

From the greeting walking in the door to a detailed explanation/discussion of a treatment plan with the vet tech, kind and gentle treatment of the Veterinarian and tech to receiving a bag of puppy goodies to go home with I could not be more pleased with the services Shiloh received today at the Deland location. Thank You to the Staff for making our visit a pleasure (wish I could remember their names) to thank them more personably. Hats off to the Saturday staff

I used Newmans for years and had no bad experiences. They change vets often and most seemed to be right out of college. They treated my dog for an eye problem and she lost vision in the eye. I blame the poor medical care from the vet for her loosing the eye. Would never use them again and would never ever recommend them for ANYTHING. Awful experience and lack of proper treatment was blatant. It could have all been prevented. Shame on you!

I love Newman Veterinary. I have been taking my pets there for the last 8 years and each time I am welcomed personally by friendly staff members. Dr Hutchinson is really thorough, caring and gives great advise and reasonable options of treatment. I truly trust her opinions. I feed my cats their food line and they absolutely love it. Great high quality ingredients at a good price. Super happy with this vet overall.

I love Newman Vet in Deltona for not only their veterinary services but for their boarding services as well. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Oliver is our favorite and loved amongst my 3 children (dogs). He saved my little boys life a couple years back. (Ill spare the details). They are also very affordable. I have recommended them for my neighbors and recommend them for you too.

Horrible customer service, terrible service as a whole. Misdiagnosed my pet and refuse to own up to it. Rude and obnoxious employees stonewall you when ever you have a complaint basically shutting down and refusing to help. Horrible business practice horrible doctors rip off plain and simple ITS NOT BY CHANCE THEIR RATING IS HORRIBLE ON ANY REVIEW SITE. Stay away. AVOID LIKE THE PLEAGUE.

Everyone is so professional at this office. Each member of the team makes our babies feel that they are the most important clients in the world. Not only do they work extremely hard at making our four legged family feel at home but they go our of their way to keep us informed and aware of every step of the appointment as well. Stay away from this place. That vet Erin Grey is a disaster. She doesnt know the difference from the end or the front of a sick animal. And she surely doesnt know how to treat her clients with diplomacy. She talked to me like I was trash. But then what do you expect at that place.

My cat has been going there for two years. They have always been good to my cat and catered to his needs especially since he hates the vets office. They also give a military discount which is very helpful! I would recommend this clinic to friends! We go to the one in Deland.
