Two weeks ago, my dog was hit by an SUV. We had never been to Loch Haven, but it was only five minutes away from the accident. I called not even five minutes ahead, and when I arrived a group of people were already there to carry her into the office. Throughout the day, both the doctor and staff kept me updated and informed about her condition. During her check-up appointments the staff greeted her by her name and gave her so much love. Dogs are truly part of the family and this office treats them as such. They make the treatments as affordable as possible, and even sent me home with extra food (as she had some lacerations around her mouth). Cricket has made full recovery thanks to the caring hearts at Loch Haven Veterinary Hospital. This is Crickets new permanent veterinary clinic, and she loves going to say Hi" to her favorite buds. Thanks guys!

Each one of us have a different experience in life and mine and mainly my pet was not good here. New in Orlando, was referral to this place when I moved in last year. Latter my 13 years old dog start having problems walking, I take her there, they recommend X-Rays, we schedule, I take the dog as requested 7.30am, fasting since the nite before as she had to be sedated. I find out almost 5pm that dog had not been sedated because they wanted to talk to me, but no one calls me till 4.10pm that day.... and my dog, who is old and sick spends the full day in this vet, without food or water, without anyone wondering what she is doing there.... Unhappily my experience is that I do not trust their services and care to the pets they treat. Walter

I have been going to this Veterinary Hospital for 8 years. They have been wonderful at helping me keep my 12 year old Chihuahua healthy. I wanted to write a review because my dog "Mr. Peanut" needed surgery this week to remove a stone from his bladder. They were able to squeeze him in immediately. I priced the surgery around at other clinics and received estimates over $ 3,600. Loch haven came in at $ 1534. My Its been only 7 days and my dog is back to being himself and begging me for treats ! The wound is healing very well and my world is much better knowing he will be around for some time to come... :)

We have been going to Loch Haven Veterinary since 2002. We used to live in the Orlando area, and have since moved to Volusia County, and still travel to Orlando to see him. We have 3 cats, and 2 dogs, and this is our second string of dogs. Otto, is a handful ( a "rescue" dog in the true sense of the word ) and Dr. Martin and his staff are very good with him. Schatzie ( inherited from my Mom, is going on 15 years old ) dog, is insulin dependent, which was discovered by Dr. Martin. Dr. Martin and his staff give great supportive care. Obviously I recommend Dr. Martin, and Loch Haven Veterinary Hospital.

Excellent care from top notch vets. Great staff - helpful, friendly and attentive. Dr. Martin saved two of our dogs lives - one where a specialist said we would have to put him down, and with his care and local guidance lived another 19 months with us AND our little dachshund that got stung by bees and almost died - he and Dr. Rey are the BEST of the BEST! I would trust them with our most precious pets. Love the docs and the team!
