This place has gone downhill tremendously. I used to see Dr Loius Browne when he was here. He left a year or two ago, and it has never been the same. Dr Fuson acts like you are an inconvenience. He also rushes you through your appointment. I felt like I was in an ugent care doc-in-a-box. I have had severe back pain, and I went in to have it checked (its gone on for 14 years in varying severities). He walked in, said its probably just normal pain, and gave me an X-ray. There was no palpitations of the areas to find possible lumps (which I found myself while waiting on the X-ray results that never came, Im not going to see a spine specialist about this issue since they were no help at all) and no questions were asked by him to get more information at all. He basically just said the word X-ray and then I left. In the end, I never even heard back from them regarding my X-ray despite being told they would call. Every time I try to get an appointment, Im told how busy they are. When I go in to see them, there are at most 2 people in the waiting area (most of the time no one)... I tried to get my family in to see their doctors (after being a patient here since I was born), and they said that no one except the NP was taking patients. I just declined and decided to go elsewhere. Tbh, the NP is actually more helpful than Fuson! I saw him once, and he was very polite and a good listener. He actually seemed to care and never rushed me. However, Im not going to a doctor simply because they have a good NP. My wife has Graves disease, and Id prefer that she actually sees a good, experienced doctor. You wont find that here. Trust me, find a doctor who actually cares and wants patients. Dr Fuson is not that person. If you want to be ignored and rushed through only to never see your results, then go here. If they treat a patient of 32 years this way, then Im quite sure theyd treat a new patient like dirt. Find a better place to go. Tbh, Im starting to think the other doctors left to go to a better practice! If you think Im lying, then fee free to call them and see for yourself. Youll regret it though, lol.

Dr. Messer is amazing. My husband and I both see him. He takes the time to listen and is very educated and up to date on a wide range of issues. The staff is attentive and friendly. They always answer the phones AND return calls which today is amazing. After working in the medical field for many years, I can say I would recommend Dr. Messer and Reedy Family Medicine to any of my family and closest friends.

This is the worse medical offices ever. Money hungry and dont care for patients. Dr. Manuel dorna-pesquera is the worse doctor at this place. Also smart mouth cnas or appointment bookers should not even be working there. I wish I could give a zero on here. Please go else were this place doesnt care about you they will give you medication that you dont need to make you more sick. Smh sick a** holes

Horrible, absolutely horrible. Dr Brake was a wonderful physician but I can see why he left. St. Francis cant keep good doctors, he was the 3rd doctor of mine to leave in the last year. Long wait times, staff that treats you like cattle, hands down the WORST experience Ive ever had at a physicians office. You would receive better care from a veterinarian than you would here.

I was a patient of Ayesha S Hinton Nutt, NP. I felt she cared more about getting money by doing unnecessary tests and appointments. She would not refill my diabetic medicine when it came time for a refill. I was nice to her but she was harsh with me and showed no concern that I needed my medication to live. I am changing to a new doctor.

Dr. James Fuson should lose his medical license. If he isnt careful he will kill someone one day by being negligent. After over a year of explaining symptoms and asking to be referred to a specialist, he still has refused to do so or even try and help me. If you value your health, do not go to Dr. Fuson or even this mom and pop practice.

I saw Dr. Manuel Dorna for the first time this morning. He was just wonderful. First time in a very long time I didnt feel rushed by a doctor. He took his time to listen, answer questions and give advice. I hope he stays for a very long time.

When Dr. Brake left this practice this place became unfamiliar. He would have never turned his back on me when I needed him most. This practice discharged me after over 7 years I need them and I got discharged. Where did Dr. Brake go?!

Providing general medical services today is not an easy task. I have found the staff to be very user friendly. The doctor and his nurse always respond to my questions and inquiries. Usually minimal waiting.

Not the same without Dr. Brake. A very sad loss, I ended up leaving the practice after Dr. Brake left and found a much better fit! I was not impressed at all by the new physician! I DO NOT Recommend !

I see their NP and I absolutely love him!!! He is awesome! The only issue I have with them is for Pain Management they have to refer you out, and I wish they would treat you completely.

It sucks that the appointment reminders have been discontinued! So now I get charged 2 & 3 times for services, including a NO-SHOW fee! BRING BACK the REMINDERS!!!!
