Be aware of Dr. Karina arrogant attitude, that does not even allow her to apologize to a twelve years old girl, that she decided to miss treat and be rude, for no reason. This amazing girl Amanda, that a syndrome on her neck, keeps her in pain 24/7, was just supporting her 9 years old friend, that just arrive to USA, and for the first time was going to Drs Karina room. Her friend was crying and very scare, and Dr. Karina Azank, who speaks fluent Spanish, did not feel like talking in Spanish to the girls family. At that point Amanda tried to help translating to the girl and her family as well. Dr. Karina asked her to leave the room in a extremely sarcastic and rude manners, waving and snapping fingers, like she was a pet. All we wanted from her, was a sincere apology to our daughter, who we have been teaching how to respect adults and everyone around her, no matter their race, age, religion, gender or sexual orientation. In such a crazy world that we are leaving in, mistreating a 12 years old, it is unacceptable. There are a lot of nice doctors around, please avoid that one. I am just wondering, how many people has she done that to in the past.

The doctor is great minus the office. They never answer phone calls, do not return phone calls after leaving voice mails, and do not call you with your blood results. Its really frustrating. It is also almost impossible to find a same day or next day sick appointment. Appointments are always booked out weeks in advance, making it impractical when you or your kids are sick. It is unfortunate, that the office is not operating well because the doctor herself is great, really caring, will answer all your questions and give you your time. Ive had to switch my kids out because of the inconvenience of no same day/next day appoint time. I will likely be switching out as well, because I cant deal with having to call each day and never receive a response.

I was referred to Dr Azank after a stay in the Hospital, I went to her in Late August to get Prescriptions For Anti Depressants and A Sleep aid before going on a Trip to Kansas. I was supposed to be gone a Month but decided to Stay another Month and drive back with my Mother, Long Story Short when I called to have my Prescriptions refilled, They never called them in, Never called me back to tell me why and I could never get them on the Phone. This showed me that she does not care for her Patients. I do not recommend her to anyone for anything.

I have seen Dr azank on multiple occasions. I made an appointment with her a few months ago which was canceled by the office due to Dr azank not being able to make my appointment. I made another appointment which I had to reschedule. My 3rd scheduled appointment was also canceled by the doctor for whatever reason. During this time I requested a prescription refill on a Monday and it was not sent in to my pharmacy until Friday evening. I called last Wednesday morning (5 days ago) to reschedule my canceled appointment and have yet to hear back.

They never call you back when they say they will, they take forever to call in prescriptions and never answer the dang phone! This doctor and these workers dont care about thier patients or obviously thier job. They close whenever they want a couple minutes early so they dont have to deal with the patients. This doctor proves anyone can be a doctor I will report all this to corporate and headquarters, I hope you all then learn and treat your patients right!

I scheduled a month in advance and took the time off from work. I get to the appt and the receptionist is like "sorry" she cancelled and I spoke with your sister about it. First, why is your office speaking to my sister about my doctor appointment??? Secondly, how do you disrespect someones time by saying well we left a voicemail. Horrible staff. I hate this organization and Im sorry I even stopped in to begin with. BIG MISTAKE!

Dr. Karina Azank lacks professionalism when it comes to mistreating a 12 year old girl.. She was extremely rude when asked my daughter to exit, who was simply translating in the room. Children deserve respect!!!! She offered a sarcastic , unconsidered apology, which shows how unethical she is. I do not recommend this doctor to anybody!!! All human beings regardless of gender, age, sex or religion ...MUST be treated with respect!!!

I agree with the previous comments about having to reschedule appointments. HOWEVER, that was before she added additional staff. Dr. Azank and her staff are wonderful. They really do take their time with you. Since the Nurse Practitioner was added, Ive never had to reschedule. Everyone is extremely courteous and caring. Ive been going to her office for almost 5 years.

Overly CYA approach, overanalyzing symptoms which result in excess, expensive testing just to cover herself. Last time, my son had abdominal pain during a viral infection and she ordered a scan. Before that, for essentially the same thing, my son was sent to ER and underwent a full day of tests and scans billing out to thousands of dollars for a migraine headache.

Shampoo Boy

Front office is terrible. Cannot handle faxes from prescription providers, have to be hounded to do their job and get the replies out for your medication. Refuse to renew existing prescription without an office visit but cant get you in for a timely visit. Follow up is non-existent.

Family friendly service. Doctor Karina was very helpful and her personality was very easy to communicate with. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone who is looking for a primary Doctor for you and your family. They are very friendly and make you feel comfortable.

Had a 1030 am appointment I arrived at 10 oclock to fill out paperwork was put in an examination room at a quarter to 11 at 11:30 I still havent seen the doctor why is my time so invaluable to these people
