I had a "Meet the Doctor" appointment two weeks ago and saw Dr. Stafford. I really liked what I heard from him. Today was our first official visit to this office. I took my daughter in and she saw Ashley, Nurse Practitioner. The first person we saw was Lauren. She took all vital signs and information. She was very nice and polite. Nurse Practitioner, Ashley was really nice and sweet to my daughter. Said she has a viral sinus infection. Told to take a teaspoon of honey and that was better than medication. She said if her ears had been red, she may have prescribed an antibiotic but right now, they were not needed. I was happy to see that she was not a "must prescribe medication" person. My daughter was on the tail end of this thing. I mainly wanted her ears and throat checked and they checked her thoroughly. We were told to keep an eye out if she starts running a fever to call the office. I would highly recommend this office!

The office is clean and very kid friendly and some of the staff were very nice and helpful; there are many peoples jobs represented in on facility which is the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. My last experience there was very upsetting. I opened up with Dr. Stanford and asked honest questions about concerns I have over my sons anxiety. Based on one visit (for a stomach ache) and not one inquiring question Dr. Stanford told me (in not a not so kind way) that my son does not have anxiety but doesnt get enough consequences for his actions. Really??? He also did not ask telling questions about my sons stomach ache and so misdiagnosed him. Needless to say we wont be going back.

We love our family doctor! He is accessibly after hours and Ive always been able to get a same-day appointment. Dr. Stafford does the best blood draws of anyone Ive ever seen and my 8-yr old doesnt even blink during a blood draw. Tara, his nurse practitioner, is fantastic. He has also been willing to run lab tests that are out of the norm by my request. When my toddler cut her foot, he stitched her up in the office on a Friday night so we didnt have to go to an ER. Finally, I appreciate that all my records are available to view online at my convenience. Well continue to make the 45 minute drive to Cornerstone Family Medicine.

We have used Dr. Stafford for our son. He has been very understanding and has not attempted to force us to have anything performed without our full understanding and agreement, and was agreeable regarding delaying immunizations until we felt our son was ready for them. This was why we originally sought him out. When we visited his office, the office itself was child-friendly, clean, neat, and well-organized. The staff was helpful, polite, and efficient. I would highly recommend this provider to anyone!

Two visits in one. My first and my last. Staff is very incompetent. Does not return calls or follow through with referrals in a timely manner. Dr. Stafford was very formal and matter of fact. Visit was extremely awkward and uncomfortable. He made me feel like I was bothering him. Wont be back.

Had a bad experience when I went for doctors appointment. Desk clerk wasnt friendly. Doctor had a discriminatory facial expression when he saw me and only took almost 5 minutes for check up to think Im really sick. I wasnt feel welcomed in his office.

Great staff and nice facility. They provide a "nursing" room for breastfeeding mothers and respect your choices about your health care. I drive an hour to see them. Highly recommend.
