I have been a patient with Holly Tree Family Practice for about 10 years now. And I have never been treated so unfair like I have recently. I complained about the staff due to my religious beliefs because I was offended . And I come to the doctor to see my doctor and to get treatment not prayers. I can go to church and have the pastor do that for free. I also have been neglected as a patient , I requested to have a procedure scheduled twice since December 2016 . And here it is July 2017 and no calls, no procedure . I will be calling to file a complaint. And speak to a manager because I feel as if something was to happened to me due to the fact that I havent had a procedure done it will be on them. I am leaving this review because I am very disappointed in the way my doctor and her staff have treated me . And I also leave the review so this wont happened to any one else.

This isnt a fair review of the facility because they arent accepting new patients. I called because I moved here a week ago with my family. Its unnerving moving as it is and then finding new EVERYTHING is daunting. When I called to become a new patient I was told they werent accepting any... thats fine. I feel like they are still a business and should apologize to the "customer" or patient for their lack of service. For instance.. thank you for trusting us with your care and I have to apologize but we are currently unable to take new patients. I never leave reviews but I just felt frustrated.

We moved here 3 years ago and have used Holly Tree since. We have absolutely no complaints about this practice whatsoever. Ive never been treated rudely by anyone. I can get in very quickly. I highly recommend them.

The staff and physicians are very pleasant. Dr. Giambolvo is focused and sensitive to patient needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone and am grateful to be in her care.

They are fine until someone is rude to you and you call them on it and then the whole staff will turn against you. At least they are loyal to each other if not the patient.
