I have been a patient of Dr. Sirchia for over three years, which I regret. After 6 months of seeking no care, I went in today with a serious problem that has been causing me pain and discomfort for awhile. I could hear him talking about my personal health information, as well as that of others, while waiting in the room for him. That made me uncomfortable. He did not take my concerns seriously, and instead handed me a pamphlet on Healthy Eating Habits, which had nothing to do with why I was there. He said, "this is what the insurance companies want me to do". He is quick to push drugs he gets promos from pharmaceutical agents but didnt put me as a patient first. He left the room when I was mid sentence. He doesnt care about patients, just his bottom line. Dont waste your time.

I was there 15 min early to my 1st apartment. They want me there 30 min early but dude to rain and me getting lost since iam new to the area they told me the doctor couldnt see me and I would have to reschedule. Even know I was there 15 min early this bull. They are very unwilling to work with you here. Just to top it off I called them to tell them I was lost and I was on hold for more then 15 min and I had to leave a message for them 2 call me back. And its been over 2 hours now and no one has called me back yet.

Dr. Sirchia has been my familys physician for more than 20 years and I cannot say enough about him to describe what a fantastic Doctor he is. Instead of just throwing meds at you he actually takes the time to evaluate your history and current health to ensure his diagnosis is accurate than walks you through every phase of treatment whether you have a simple cold or a serious illness he will take good care of you. If I had 3 thumbs I would give him a 3 thumbs up

Sorry there was not a zero star! Had a lump on my collar bone. They got the x-ray results and dr Frank didnt care to talk to me. This is the most uncaring dr. Ive ever met in 12 years being in this country!!! Complained about waiting for him twice for more than one hour and he was really pissed about it - how dare I!!!! Prescribed medication but never told me for what it was. I have hydrocodin, more than I can ever use!!!! Keep away from this guy!

Dr Sirchia and staff are excellent at taking care of both my husband and I. We are always able to make a timely appointment and the wait time is always 15 minutes or less. I would recommend Frank to everyone I know as a caring , very knowledgeable Dr who has always shown me the upmost care and so has his staff shown me respect and compassion when I feel my worst. Do yourself a favor a avail yourself of the excellent care here

Dr. SIRCHIA is amazing...I was a new patient, new to the area, but feeling really bad, I called the office at 8am and got an appointment at 1:30pm on the same day...he is very compassionate and knowledgeable. Hes going be my new primary care physician...
