Terrible customer service . I was 9 minutes late & when I got there it was a line , the other lady at the window was on the phone , and the nurse was standing in the front having casual conversation looking at her watch . When the lady at the other window got off the phone she asked the nurse and she said she just got here ? She then ignored the lady at the front desk so I asked was that a no , I said no Ive been standing in line . She proceeds to tell me Im a no show because its been 13 minutes , this is after Ive been standing in line and waiting for an answer once the window was available . The nurse was rude and just acted like she was ready to go . I love Dr. Allen but I will not be back , terrible feeling for someone who is sick and just wants to see a doctor .

Dr. Rebecca Smith is wonderful. I have been going to Keystone for about 7 years now and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Just cant say enough about Dr. Smith. She will let you know about how your bad habits are affecting your health. She will listen and she is willing to compromise if you are certain that you need something. Not too many doctors like her out there.

Normal everyday medical office unfortunately now part of GHS system. I have been with them for years but now time to find another primary since I am now on my third provider in their office in last year and normally only 3-4 providers working per day.. Therefore will take you DAYS to see anyone. They simply refer you to MD360 so why do I need them?

I called about an appointment that I had and the receptionist Ruby answer the phone and see was very rude. Not a good person to deal with see also hugh up on me.
