Avoid this rude place.Dr just ups and leaves patients with last min notice,if your out of prescriptions he makes you wait week to two weeks.some people cant just go without their meds.

Good dr, but really really bad at keeping appointment times, Ive had to wait in the waiting room for 2-3 hours many times and that was with an appointment.
