Very short tempered, does not care to see Medicaid patients because Medicaid pays so little. Has a terrible attitude like you are taking up his precious time. This doctor is not licensed by the State of Florida to write prescriptions for pain medication, however he did and when the system caught up with him, he refused to talk to my face, he sent his medical assistant back and forth to the room and put her in the middle. I have filed a complaint with both the State of Florida since he is not a licensed pain management doctor and I have filed a complaint with Florida Medicaid. This doctor left me hanging with no blood pressure medication and told his medical assistant he did not want to see me again and to find another doctor. This case is still pending but stay away, he is short tempered, could not care about the quality of medical care, he just wants to get you in and out the door ASAP. Nasty person more interested in his expensive car than his patients.

Dr. Castro is hands down the best primary doctor in town! I deal with office management and other offices on a daily and everything about this office is just a delight, from the staff, the doctor , and the waiting time. I have yet to experience any encounter with another provider yet to be this comforting. My issues were immediately addressed with proper care and follow up instructions. Dr.Castro implements a true love and care for the well being of his patients. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is in search for a primary care, or looking to reestablish. I am most pleased with the services provided.

ive been coming to this pratice for over a year now and i love the can do attitude everyone has. no long waits and things just get done even when I mess up and ask for things at the last minute. the girls in the front and shea and her crew are the best. i would highly recommend this office and would take my own family there. they are truly a lifesaver for someone like me who travels all the time and needs to plan things out so far in advance. A++++
