Souless Valleys

Horrible. Torri at the front desk acts like she has an attitude every time you see her. She acts like she hates life and her job and doesnt mind making the patient feel the same. The Dr. Scheduled my six month appointment but had to push it back. That was ok with me except when he pushed it back, I couldnt get my meds filled because of the six month checkup due. I explained to them it wasnt my fault, I work with their schedule. She told me to just not take my meds for a week. Very uncaring and unprofessional.

This practice does NOT care about new patients, I called to get an appointment scheduled and they said they would call me back , I didnt hear anything the next day so I called again and they assured me they would call me back . Well here it is about a week later and I STILL havent heard anything. What could be so difficult about scheduling an appointment? If they show this complete lack of care for their new patients I cant imagine the lack of care they would have for my health!

Just don,t go there front desk don,t give a crap, Dr. not much . Just looking for your money. I tried them for over year . Went an got real Dr. Maby this will save your time & money LOL.
