I had a referral visit to Glenn Browns office earlier this day, and want to share my experience with anyone interested... From the front desk reception, to being seen by a few staff members for diagnosis and treatment, I was impressed (positively) by all - particularly Linda, Brittany, Jamie and Sharon. For those whom I may have failed to mention, my thanks to you as well. I am writing this message of my own volition, because I had seen any number of negative entries prior to appointment, as well as some positives. All to often we ARE treated warmly, courteously and professionally - but fail to express gratitude. This is an expression attesting my heartfelt thanks, and while I am slated for another appointment in the near future, I expect it will be just as fruitful.

DO NOT GO HERE - Complete waste of time...This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a doctors office. After waiting a month to finally get in, the PA finally sees me for my acne. After admonishing me for picking my blisters, the remedy prescribed was over the counter soap, lotion and Minocycline. The PA was very rude and scoffed at my concerns that Ive tried minocycline before, without any success. According to her, the reason for my acne was because I was picking my acne. Conclusion: This place is a joke, the staff is rude and they offer no value.

I have been seeing Anngela Park (PA-C) for a couple of years now. Shes wonderful! She listens, doesnt make me feel rushed, and my skin has never looked better. Her MA, Dee, has gone above and beyond to help me get my meds at a reasonable rate. The front office staff are kind and helpful. I had to take one star off only because I usually have to wait longer than 15-20 mins after my appointment to be seen, but I wouldnt change anything else about my experiences with the staff here.

Dr Brown is the best Dermatologist I have ever experienced. He was the first dermatologist I ever visited. I have since moved to Utah and now Oregon. From my experience in these other states, and other dermatologist, there is no comparison. Dr Brown and his staff knows their stuff and I cant say enough about his practice. I wish I still lived in Mesa, so I could keep seeing him. He and his staff are true professionals through and through.

Dr. Brown and his staff, Pauline, Sheryl and Brittney are amazing! I have been coming to Dr. Brown for over 20 years and I always feel great knowing that I am well taken care of. Dr. Brown is a master at his job, I trust him completely. The staff does a great job at enhancing the experience. Love this office! Please keep up the great work!

DO NOT GO HERE!! The front desk ladies were the highlight of this experience. The entire rest of the staff, including Glenn Brown, were extremely rude and argumentative the entire time. Ive never been to a doctors appt. and felt like I was in argument. I will pay my good money to a doctor that actually cares about people...... Terrible

Angela saved my life. Literally. She found a spot of melanoma on my arm that I would never have guessed was anything out of the ordinary, let alone cancerous. People leaving dumb reviews here have no idea what they are talking about.

I went to Dr Brown for several years until he got old and cranky and got a young and cranky PA ... gave up and went elsewhere.
