I had an awful experience with this company. I had a mole removed about a month ago. Before I got the mole removed I asked both the nurse practitioner and the receptionist if there would be any extra costs or hidden fees besides the $100 that they quoted me (Ive heard about dermatology places having extra hidden fees). They told me that there werent any so I got it removed. A couple of days ago, I got a bill in the mail from another dermatology place. I called Thousand Ships and they said that the mole was sent to another facility to be looked at by another doctor. They then told me that they figured my insurance would cover it, so they didnt tell me about this extra fee. The receptionist then told me that I could call up the other place and plead for them to write it off since insurance didnt pay for it. This place is ridiculous and I will not be going back. I would recommend staying clear of this office.

Jessica Lioi has an excellent beside manner and wonderful rapport with her patients. I first visited her for dermatological issues which extended into cosmetics. I love her grace, support, positivity and great communication skills. I would definitely recommend her for a refreshing change in your life! Her office is very comfortable and Jess is welcoming to my kids. She also helps me plan ahead to meet my budget needs. I have always left her office happy and appreciate the outcome of the work she does.

Jessica has a true artistic talent! I had a past surgery that helped me, but left me looking different. Jessica she has made me look normal again. I wish I would have found her years ago. She is the only one I would trust. I have moved and have been changing over all other services and doctors to a closer location, but I will continue to drive to Tempe whenever I need any cosmetic work done. Also she makes sure you feel no pain.

She has such an eye for balance and beauty and face structure, Affordable and quality. Beautiful office, professional and clean. I cant say enough about her and the business she runs. We bought a groupon from here and they had no appointments for months and then it expired and no one gave us our 270 dollars back. They never answer the phone and I truly think this is a scam! We are calling our charge card company but I think we should also report them to groupon since it should be against the rules to not have any availability for appointments. What a waste of time and money!

Jessica truly cares about each and every one of her clients. She listens, gives truthful responses and is never pushy. Her goal is always for her client to be happy. Jessica is an artist and definitely knows what she is doing. She knows how to give you the natural look, you will never look like youve had something done but rather just more youthful and rested.
