Im extremely disappointed in Affiliated Dermatology. I was a patient for over a year. I had different procedures preformed on a weekly basis. Lots of skin cancer to say the least. Then melanoma was found. I went through all of this thinking how great are these doctors and assistants are, they are so kind and caring I love this place. All genuinely concerned. I have Medicare they only pay 80% therefore I am responsible for the remaining 20%. Im on disability and a fixed income. I have been paying Affiliated Dermatology on a monthly basis. I was supposed to go back every 3 months. I havent been back for a year. Why? Because I was told until my balance is paid off they will not allow me to be seen. My feelings on this is the owner, the office, the politics of Affiliated Dermatology is its all about the almighty dollar not about the care and concern of a patient. They dont care if I have more melanoma or other skin cancer they care that my payments arrive on time each month. I was so upset when they called me back to cancel the appointment I made the day before. I couldnt believe that they did this. I feel sorry for anyone who gets kicked to the curb like I did because just paying them, making the effort isnt good enough for them. Its total bull**** !!

Travis Lam, DO was my dermatologist. • I’ve visited the Affiliated Dermatology Offices in Scottsdale and Anthem. Greeting was warm and with a friendly smile at both locations. Check-in always went smoothly. • Dr. Lam’s examination was efficient and thorough. Incidentally, Dr. Lam is the first Dermatologist to examine every nook and cranny of my body including between my fingers and between toes. His demeanor was friendly and exuded confidence supported by superior communication skills. When he took a biopsy he explained the procedure and approach to the pathology in uncomplicated vocabulary and with simple analogies. • As the mole required several surgeries Dr. Lam was compassionate and again explained the procedure. • The open wound did bleed requiring a couple trips back to the Affiliated Dermatology Offices. On each visit I was cordially greeted with “I’ll let them know you are here.” I’ve never had more than a 10 minute wait for any of my appointments. • Nursing assistants were professional, good, but they would be even better if they would wear name tags and introduce themselves with their name. • The reception area, examination room, and surgery area were all clean and uncluttered. Not the place to go if youre a working professional. Only after 30 minutes of waiting and a request at the counter do they notify you at the doctor is still running an hour late. If youre a retiree Im sure youll enjoy yourself socializing with everybody else waiting in the lobby, theyll be plenty of time to get to know your neighbors.

I LOVE Dr. Egnatios! She is warm, reassuring, and brilliant. She really takes the time to educate you and take care of your issues. My son saw her first and his skin looks incredible. I was so impressed with her that I returned as a patient and booked my husband for a skin check as well. Excellent experience:)

I have only gone for Botox with Linda but I am a happy gal! Office is very organized and professional. They run on time. That is very important to me. I will return soon with my husband to have moles evaluated. He too will be impressed

My experience with Affiliated Dermatology has been wonderful. All the staff are great. Dr lin was great. She made my procedure quick and painless. I absolutely recommend Affiliated Dermatology.

In agreement with other reviewers, Affiliated Dermatology overbooks and you wait. My first visit was within expected norms, the last time I had to wait over an hour. Not acceptable.

Everytime I come here, they take you in 30-45 minutes after your scheduled appointment. They overbook always, they dont care if your busy, you just sit there and wait.
