Bad experience today. Wanted to try new dentist since I was playing phone tag with my other dentist and Sage is so close. Havent had a cleaning in a year and a half because of other medical issues, namely chemotherapy. Not supposed to have dental work done on chemo. Ive had a few months off now but my body has been through a lot so when they recommended "deep cleaning" I explained that wasnt for me at this time because my body is still compromised. Because I refused a deep cleaning they refused a regular cleaning. Well, this on top of the well over $2000 worth of other recommendations (the dentist was eager to add anything to the list), leads me to believe they are scammers. I called my insurance and they are operating well within guidelines so theyre not fraudulent. However I believe they recommend not quite so necessary things to make as much money as possible from those patients with insurance. Its unfortunate because Im usually the one sticking up for dentists and try to get people to go. I love getting my teeth cleaned and truly think regular visits are important.

We used the Hoffner location. For regular cleaning everything was fine. The hygenists do a great job but they do make you come in twice, once for an assessment where they do try very hard to sell you extras and is a waste of time. If you are needing extrantions - go somewhere else! The 1st appointment we waited 2 hours, my son went back and came right back out.... dentist didnt have equipment with him so they called it a consultation and tried to charge. After questioning they finally admitted the Dr didnt have have his equipment ready. Now we are back for a second attempt and they are running over an hour behind even though we had the 2nd appointment of the day!!! Unacceptable.

Every time Ive gone in for a cleaning, Ive had a wonderful experience! All staff members go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and welcome. And, Dr. Andersons orthodontics staff is an awesome addition to SAGE! At 38, getting braces has been no worry at all. I feel confident recommending SAGE to anyone searching for a dentist.

I just tried calling to make and appointment as a new patient the office lady was very RUDE absolutely awful customer service. Just from this experience I would never consider going there. She was insulting.
