Made appointments for myself and my 2 children. Received a call back saying they overbooked and could only see 2 of us on the day scheduled. Fine, kids will get done first. I replied to their confirmation text messages with a C to confirm. I was never told to fill out any paperwork or anything so I assumed they would have me fill it out there since this was our first visit. We showed up 30 minutes early to allow time for this. Well apparently this office thinks the worst of people and assumes you wont show up. I was supposed to fill out online forms ( was never told this) and since I didnt they cancelled my appointments without notifying me. The sad part is that Im not sure Dr.Russo will understand he has an incompetent office staff. The woman at the desk insisted I didnt confirm my appointment (i have concrete proof of the text confirmation on my phone) and told me since I didnt fill out the online paperwork (once again, never told me) they cancelled my appointment. After waiting for a month for an appointment and taking the day off from work, I am now at home searching for a new dentist yet again. Unless they change their practices, I would avoid this office at all costs.

Dr. Russo is the kindest, gentlest, and best dentist I have ever seen. He is definitely the only dentist I will ever take my children to see in the Orlando area. He is obviously very experienced, because he gets procedures done so quickly and there is very little pain to deal with afterward. Ive tried other dentists in the area who cost less, but they take more than twice as long to finish procedures like crowns and fillings, and they always have to prescribe lots of pain medication for the following week. Ive had several crowns done by Dr. Russo and never needed to take so much as a Tylenol afterward. The staff at his office are all very nice people who are adept at dealing with insurance billing, and the dental hygienist who cleans our teeth is the sweetest. She is as efficient and gentle as the dentist, and my children trust her.

I started seeing Dr. Russo at the recommendation of a coworker three years ago and could not be happier. Dr. Russo is a great dentist; he is extremely gentle and is always concerned about my pain whenever he performs procedures. When I started to complain about some teeth sensitivity, Dr. Russo was able to diagnose that the cause was because I was grinding my teeth at night in my sleep. After the diagnosis, I was fitted with night guards to prevent further wear and received several fillings to address the areas that were sensitive. I highly recommend Dr. Russo’s practice.

I have not had the most pleasant experiences with Dentists in the past. Finally someone from work referred me to Dr. Russo and I can tell you without a doubt that he and his staff are the GREATEST! Most happy, cheerful, professional people you will ever meet. I had to have a lot of work done and Dr. Russo worked with me until it was all completed! I havent been able to smile comfortably since before high school (over 25 years ago) - NOW, I SMILE ALL THE TIME! Thank you! Thank you! to Dr Russo and his amazing staff!
