Absolutely the worst dental group in town. I would not recommend these con artists to anyone. Made appointments for both myself and better half. My appointment was first, I was told that I couldnt have a regular tooth cleaning, I needed a special cleaning, not to worry, that it was covered by insurance. Needless to say I find out at checkout that because it was "special" and they used a "special" code its not covered by insurance. Skip forward to my 2nd appointment, yes the first cleaning wasnt enough they needed to bring me back in for a follow up to polish my teeth two weeks later. The hygienist spent less than 10 minutes with me, never flossed or anything. Simply polished my teeth. I find out later that they billed the insurance company for a full tooth cleaning that visit. So they got me to pay $85 and the insurance company another $85. I had already decided that I wouldnt be going back. My better half though had already been in for a consultation and was told another appointment was needed to do a periodontal cleaning. So today I get a call from the office, the girl kept wanting to argue with me that I was the one with the appointment. I explained no less than 5 times that it wasnt me, its my better half. Then I find out that the appointment isnt for a cleaning its for another consultation. So we had a consultation to decide if we needed a consultation. REALLY??? how many friggin times do you need to bring a patient in to clean their teeth? Do you not realize that people have to take time off from work in order to come in. Your staff is rude and totally incompetent. Your Drs are teaching your staff to con your patients out of unnecessary treatments and appointments. We wont be back. In fact, Im canceling my dental insurance as they will only let me go there. Id rather go pay cash to my regular dentist than deal with these con artists!!!

I have been a patient at this office since fall 2012. Ive have never been impressed with their service and would not recommend this office to anyone. I have actually advised family and friends to spend their money elsewhere. The wait time in the beginning was usually quite lengthy, once I waited well over an hour. I have remained at this office because I utilize both the ortho and regular dental services. its not all bad the office is usually clean and the hygienist Luis has great customer service. My most recent encounter was upsetting as i was scheduled May 7th, which was a Thursday. After leaving my home to get there, waiting in the waiting room for a full hour, i did not get my x rays and teeth cleaned as expected i was turned away because the Ortho is only there on Wednesdays and no one would be able to remove and put back my braces. why was i scheduled on a day that i couldnt be helped? My time was not valued at all!! My other annoyances-- when i have requested documents in the past such as a payment history or my contract it was never received although i was advised otherwise.they do not honor whats in there contract. when i filled out the contract for my braces, an office policy became effective soon after i never signed or agreed to the terms. this did not stop them from trying to make me sign it two years later AND still enforcing the policy and making me pay.

Great service especially from one of their techs Luis, which is a very skillful person, however they knowingly hide information from their patients and after their services they stick you with the bill and include said hidden fees. I do admit they will provide you great service, however to my dismay I also do admit that they will knowingly add on areas that are not covered by your insurance and then "act" surprised and refuse to take it off. I got hit with over 616 dollars because they used code D4381, and my insurance company immediately said this code was not covered, even though they are in network after submission to my insurance company for "reimbursement" knowing full well they did not cover this service. Great service, greater thieves. You have been warned.

DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST OFFICE!!! My insurance company referred me here for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction, which seemed fine at first until you get there. There are maybe 2 employees that were helpful, (why are the others so rude??) the dentist had several appointments at the same time as mine and did not listen to me at all about my allergies to certain medications. When I took the medications(that he said would "be fine") I spent all night throwing up and when I called the oncall emergency line I got ignored, even after SEVERAL calls. Basically they ripped out my teeth and sent me home to bleed and suffer. I am leaving now to the emergency room in hopes they can help since this office has clearly failed. Go to google now, and FIND ANOTHER OFFICE!!!

I went to the new facility in Kissimmee and I loved the experience. I was afraid, I have some things I need work on, but they were really professional, they explained what I needed, why I needed it and what my options were. The last dentist I went to told me the same things, but in a very scary way. At Bright Now Dental they took the time to explain the whole process, they didnt rush me and made me feel comfortable. They were very positive about the outcome and I felt great about it. I had a deep cleaning and it didnt hurt at all, I really didnt feel a thing. Dr. Sierra did an amazing job and the whole staff was awesome! I highly recommend Bright Now Dental. I wish I could give them 10 stars instead of five.

I feel this BrightNow location is a big fraud. I visited for normal cleaning. I spent 500$ on cleaning. Doctors then advised me for tooth filling telling that in future that might be problem to me. I never had any pain but believed in Doctors recommendation and as precaution done the tooth filling spending another 200$. From that day, there is severe pain. I visited two times later where doctors couldnt fix the problem and instead now they ask me to do root canal for same tooth and asking to pay another 1500$. I want everyone to be aware of this fraud. Ive never expected this from such a bigger brand.

At he dentist office now for a 9:30 am appointment scheduled months ago. Not seen until 1:15 pm. I arrived at 8:40 am. Im always early and I respect others time. Apparently this office does not have the same work ethic. I would walk out but Ive been on hold for over an hour with Delta Dental Insurance to find another office. No cleaning today after 6 hours in the office. Xrays, yes, but after 6 hours no cleaning. Ive never experienced anything like this. Leaving office at 2:51 pm. No food, no water, just in this dentist office that entire 6 hours.

I went to this dental office and I had no major issues. They were polite and got me in and out. I had to have root canal done and they sent me to another doctors office to do it wayyyyyy out far but it was fine he did a great job too. That is my only complaint I dont want to have to go to other doctors offices to get work done and that really wasnt explained to me. I prefer everybody in the same building come to me.. Otherwise I will say they were not bad and didnt rip me off so I am not sure about the experiences of others but I liked they place.
