Im only putting one star because there isnt an option of 0. First: I spoke on the phone with someone who seemed to know what she was talking about. She said they accepted our insurance. So Im thinking great! I scheduled the appointment and when we came in they had my information ALL wrong. They said they booked the appointment with someone else because I didnt respond to their email. Are you kidding me? I gave you my phone number and they couldnt call me to confirm? Then we gave them another chance. Scheduled an appointment for a week later. Second: we go to the appointment. And they tell my husband they dont take our insurance. Lets keep in mind they had multiple chances to inform us of this before the appointment. And they had the audacity to tell my husband "we just called your wife to tell her" and the call was at the time the appointment was scheduled for! Im so unhappy with the three times we were in contact with Aspend dental. Failed phone communication, failed first appointment, and the second failed appointment. This is ridiculous people have to take time off of work and Aspen cant keep their information straight. This is a new dental office in the area and the excitement of trying them out was a huge disappointment.

I went here for a Cleaning and the procedure itself went perfectly fine. However, despite my insurance covering my cleanings, I was billed for part of the cleaning procedure. Upon me contacting their billing dept to inquire about this, they stated that the "free" part was only an "estimate". I have never paid a single penny for a cleaning covered by insurance in my life, but for some reason they performed a procedure (a fluoride rinse) they didnt know was covered or not, just to bill me for it after the fact. This is very poor practice and seems to simply be an effort to nickel and dime their patients. I would look elsewhere.

Today was my first visit with them and I am very pleased with the whole experience. Everyone was so nice and informative from the moment i called to make the appointment to the day of the appointment I felt like I understood the whole process thanks to their excellent customer service. Everyone asked me if i had any questions and If I understood what I was being told. They evaluated me taking their time so I never felt rushed. They where all very friendly and profeasional at the same time. And they offer payment plans!

My 80 yr old dad was there monday and got a new bottom plate $2300 layer today its hurting him and very uncomfortable cant even put the plate in his mouth when aspen is called they want to make an appt for monday or tues ! Dad is a very sickly man and to have to put all rhat money out for something that isnt fitting right is totally unacceptable after callinng again he can come in this afternoon. After being pn dialysis all morrning and sit the 1 or 2 hours !! We will never use aspen dental again #

I want to thank you for the best service that I have received in my life. I was with the Doctors Carly Joehl / Azer and Moe. They were very patient and nice with me and the best of all is that I did not feel any pain during the treatment!!! Thank you guys for the best service!!! They are the best team of Florida, I recommend them with not doubt. Thank you very much for everything!!! and sorry for my English mistakes...I am learning to speak in this beautiful language! :) :) :)

This is a new office in st cloud and everyone was very pleasant and the dentist came over and introduced herself to me which I thought was nice. Only picked up fluoride toothpaste but am going back for an appointment and bring my sister for some work also. Just to clarify I am a patient at the Kissimmee office and was was treated very well. Since I Ive in st cloud Ill be going here thanks.

Wonderful first experience. The front staff is friendly and welcoming; the tech was extremely kind, made x-rays as comfy as possible. The hygienist was informative and Dr. Joehl took the time to talk to me and explain what I needed and what I didnt need. Shes conservative with her treatment and really listens to you and your concerns. Great team!

Everyone at Aspen Dental were terrific, from the front desk to the tech and of course the Dentist. I had a very bad toothache and they took such good care of me. They took the time to explain everything they were going to do and were very upfront about the prices and gave me lots of options. I will recommend them to everyone!!!

Great welcoming. Staff nice. Left dissatisfied considering I have no insurance the prices are expensive and payments are not flexible. Therefore, no service was rendered and I still have the problem with my tooth.
