Terrible experience here, terrible service, I called to make an appointment and the lady said I was down for a day and when I showed up I wasnt in the system so they gave me paperwork and rescheduled my appointment to be expedited, when the day rolls around I was out of town so I called to reschedule and I was confirmed and everything, show up for the appointment and again not in the system for that day and they marked me as a no show on the last time I was supposed to have an appointment but rescheduled, I would not recommend this work med to anyone.

ok yeah it does have a bit of a wait. the ppl arent rude to me anyway. but its a walkin clinic. thats pretty much what to expect. the only problem I have experienced is the parking is all most impossible to use. unless youre lucky that day. but iv had to park on the front road a few times. its a bit more of a walk from the building. but it looks like i might get a ticket because on the curb theirs faded red paint on it.

Dr. Henderson was rude, not willing to help , wouldnt prescribe me anti-inflammatories and would not give me cortisone shots because he said they do not work when they actually do. Also then told workmans comp that my work related injury was not work related after he agreed with me that it was. Horrible service from this doctor and very unprofessional

Slow uncaring the staff isnt very good my fiance had his arm crushed they sugar casted it didnt even put a sleeve on first so he got huge cuts in his arm his next visit again slow yet they dressed his arm prior to casting again. Unfortunately they took two weeks getting his into a specialist yet hes stuck with them as its a workers comp claim.

Garbage facility, SUPER SLOW services, and the front desk workers seem upset to have to answer ANY questions. If presented with another choice for the same services....take it! I will never use this company again.
