Im only giving it a one star because it doesnt let me give any less l! Seriously worst FNP Ive ever been in to see!! I was in there today for a possible UTI for my 21 month old.. they tried to get a urine sample to do a test and anyone with a toddler that age knows how difficult that can be, after about 15 minutes of waiting for him to go the fnp comes in not even indroducing her self trying to force my sons bottle in his mouth, trying to force the water bottle in his mouth for him to drink you can tell she was frustrated, she left the room without saying anything to me, comes back and says I have a Prescription for him so I asked what was it for? And she looks at me like I asked her something I wasnt suppose to and she says "well youre telling me he has a uti right so Im treating it" in the most unprofessional manner! So I said okay and she went in to check his privates and finds something and I ask if its normal for it to be like that or what it was her exact words were " Well cant you see, you see what he has Im going to give you a cream and that will take care of it" not once did she ask me what was going on with him, or if I had any questions not once did she say what that was what she found all she gave me was something to treat it. Definetly taking him to his PCP to get a second opinion and never again will I be back to this place!

Never ever come here. You have better luck going to your local Shawman. The people upfront are incompetent. I brought my daughter in for bronchitis and we waited an hour and a half in the lobby and two hours in the back for her to be seen. The funny thing is there was no patients left but us. They tried to test her for kidney stones and the doctor finally told her she just needs cough medicine. Turns out she had strep. We took her somewhere else for a second opinion.

MAYBE YOU SHOULD GIVE YOUR PATIENTS CORRECT INFORMATION!!!! THIS IS THE WORST URGENT CARE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. THE RECEPTIONIST IS INCREDIBLY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND HAS GIVEN ME INCORRECT INFORMATION SEVERAL TIMES WHICH HAS MAJORLY SCREWED ME OVER! THE NURSES DONT KNOW WHAT THEYRE DOING, THEY COULDNT EVEN DRAW BLOOD CORRECTLY AND NOW I HAVE A HUGE BRUISE ON MY ARM FROM HER MISSING OVER 5 TIMES AND ITS BEEN ALMOST A WEEK SINCE I WENT THERE! DO NOT COME HERE!!

The receptionist was so kind and polite. Other than that, they do not care about you here. They also treated me like I was an idiot. When I called to see if my results for strep had come back the first gentleman I talked to was nice. The second person, I wish I knew her name, was rude and inconsiderate. In the future I will be going straight to the emergency room instead.

Receptionist was very polite, however three nurses and doctors seem to chat and laugh about stuff for more than 20 minutes rather than taking their clients serious... I didnt pay to sit in there for an hour and listen to you guys tell jokes! I went to an "URGENT CARE" to get urgent care.

Front desk ladies are usually nice and tell you how the system works to get medical attention there. Usually clean. Its in a not so nice part of town but Ive never had any problems there.

The staff is efficient, but the fee for uninsured patients is a bit high and the wait times are really long most of the time
