I would not recommend this location of planned parenthood. I went to get an IUD and for the first hour I was there they were trying to convince me to not do it even though I had done extensive research on them. Once I finally convinced them that I actually was going through with it, they took me back to the "operation" room. It was not clean. A girl came in and cleaned it up and put one of the gown things that she had me sit on in the beginning back in the drawer for someone else to use in the future! I was shocked but didnt say anything. After the doctor inserted the IUD everything was as I had expected until the staff started to rush me out of there. I was still in pain so I wasnt ready to get up and move but they were still insistent. So I bit my lip and got up and we started to leave. As we were leaving I remembered that I hadnt given them the paperwork they had me fill out so I tried to hand it to them. They wouldnt take it because they were too close to closing time. So basically they have no record of me receiving the IUD, awesome right? So overall, they had terrible bedside manner, the area was not clean, and they did not have good medical practice with the exception of the doctor. Sorry for the long post but I thought I should warn you. Thanks for your time.

Staff is always very helpful and friendly. They always take enough time to talk through things with you and explain why or why not they recommend something. I used to have a lot of trouble with my birth control making me sick and they got me appointments with the right kind of doctor to find out the cause. As a side note, for all the bad reviews about the phones, Planned Parenthood locations dont get the calls directly. They go to a call center (one that the staff isnt happy with either from comments Ive over heard). They only get your call if the call center transfers it to them. When the phone in office rings, they answer fast.

I got my nexplanon here they were sweet and all but the wait is ridiculous. Waiting to get plan b took forever. Waiting to get the implanon took forever EVEN THOUGH I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. now I have simple questions to ask and Ive been waiting for an hour. Several NEW patients have been in and they havent notified me how long I will be waiting and what the hell is going on. Is it because I look so young that it might not be important to them or my care doesnt matter? Not coming here again.

I am six weeks pregnant and this is my first pregnancy. I called to get some information on this place on what they could do there for my pregnancy, the women on the phone was extremely rude and automatically assumed I was trying to get an abortion and even hung up on me before I finished speaking with her! Horrible service, especially to someone in such a sensitive position as a pregnant women. They do not care about people, I wouldnt waste your time with this place.

All they every do is transfer me, I cant even say "hey slc pp told me to call you guys because you guys have an opening on so and so date" because they transfer me! Its so annoying! On top of it the lady was super rude when I told her that I didnt want to be transferred that I was told so and so date was open so she transferred me to a dead line. Also called again and the lady tried to tell me I had the wrong number!

IF YOU ASK ME I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS CLINIC EVER AGAIN! THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE STUPID FOR COMING THERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. THEY TOOK ME INTO THE BACK OFFICE TO REMOVE MY IUD AND THEY SAID IT WOULD BE OK FOR A PAYMENT PLAN AND WHEN THE DOCTOR CAME IN THEY DENIED ME EVEN THOUGH I AM LOW INCOME. I WAS COMPLETELY NAKED AND THEY DIDNT CARE. I ADVISE TO GO TO YOUR LOCAL DOCTOR.

Loved my experience! The staff, including the girls at the front were super nice and very helpful. I was very nervous about getting the arm implant but the nurse and the doctor dispelled all my fears. They are super knowledgeable and empathetic. I dont have insurance and they made it possible for me to afford my birth control. I will be back to this facility for any future needs!

I made an appointment more than 2 weeks ago to come to this clinic. I arrived 15 minutes early to make sure I was ontime. It its currently 45 after yhe appointment time and no one seems to be willing to tell me whats going on. I understand that people come for different reasons. However the fact that those who have appointments are completly disregarded is disturbing.

The wait time can be high, so try to make an appointment if you can. The front desk help was a little rude, but once I went to the back everyone was super friendly and caring. They obviously knew what they were doing and treated me with respect. Went to get a birth control shot, awesome experience, didnt even feel it! They have very qualified people.

I have gone here off and for years. But working in a call center. I know about automatic system routering calls. But for real. When take the system out of it and pick up the phone. Cause now im getting staff members are busy and it hungs up. Heir some one to answer the phone. Cause automatic system is just giving them bad service at this time.

I come here to get my birth control shot and every time I come I always have to wait more than 30 minutes before they call me in. all the nurses seem to always be just standing around in the back talking. I mean cmon Im only here to get a shot, shouldnt take 30 minutes to call me back.

Today I went to go get an IUD inserted in me and to be honest I was nervous - but immediately, upon meeting Rosie and a nurse practitioner named Patience I felt comfortable. These two really made the experience a positive one and I highly recommend this health center to all others.

Front desk doesnt even acknowledge when you walk in. Stood in "line" (only one standing there) for 10 minutes without anyone even looking up at me or saying, "one sec" or anything. I know you provide a service thats needed but that doesnt mean you cant be decent yo your clients.

So I called them and it clearly states that they close at 8 so I called and I literally was on hold for 10 min. I could hear them placing me on hold over and over which is kind of ridiculous when you get off late and dont always have to go in. SO DISAPPOINTED

I know i needed to be checked up and everything and i was calling to see my results, it has been almost 40 minutes that i was on hold and still no answer. I could have gone and came back with all that time. Phone service is trash.
