The best dental office in Louisiana. I only went to get a tooth examined and x-rayed and and sense I odnt have any insurance they charged me $75, for the x-ray and the consultation. Which is really cheap compared to most dental offices here. They ended up examining another tooth for as well when I told them it was botherin me, and the price did not increase. They offer all types of little snacks and drinks before you go to get examined. Popcorn, hot chocolate, candy, soda. And the women here are very sweet and helpful. Dr.Simpson is very kind and informative. I feel like he genuinely cares about his patients, he isnt just some dry, unemotional practitioner, like most dentists Ive been too. The woman that examined my teeth was very sweet too. I felt no pain while I was there. I really dont like going to the dentist because of all the fears I have and how afraid of pain I am, but I felt very comfortable here. They also explained my payment options to me as well. I would definetly recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a new dentist. You wont regret going here!

It had "been a while" since I had been to the dentist so I was a little apprehensive. However, I was treated wonderfully! I was able to complete the paperwork online prior to my visit, which I find to be very efficient. EVERYONE I encountered was friendly, helpful and professional. They were able to make an appointment for me in a brief amount of time and I did not have to wait to be seen on the day of my appointment. I was amazed at the new, top notch technology they offered while x-raying and cleaning my teeth. My dental hygienist, Jessica, was very sweet and pleasant. Dr. Andrew Simpson was also very pleasant and professional as well. I have made an appointment for my son and plan to have the whole family use this service. I highly recommend South Shreveport Dental! Top Notch!

Excellent! Very impressed with the level of expertise and professionalism. Dental care and teeth cleanings focus on doing periodontal disease prevention. Nobody wants periodontal disease, which is serious and progressive if left untreated! Im not confident another dentist would have even addressed this issue, which I had a few beginning signs of. Thanks to Dr. Simpson, a younger dentist who stays abreast on all the newest health care and who regularly attends seminars, I can feel super confident that all important dental care issues are addressed. Im very happy my choice, and his staff is super nice, very helpful, and professional.

I found a Dentist office that treats you like family. If youre like me Im afraid of needles being stuff in my gums. His staff held my hand, patted me on the shoulder and stayed with me until he finished. Dr. Simpsons workers are the sweetest, kind-hearted, dedicated and loving. After my surgery, Dr. Simpson was there, he was very helpful. He called to check on me, told me to call him day or night if I needed him. Dr. Simpson is the kind of Dentist Shreveport needs. One thats Caring, Concerned, Trust worthy and will be there. Im glad hes my Dentist. P. S. They remembered my birthday, how cool is that.

Wow my experience was AWESOME! High tech technology, very clean office, the entire staff very friendly! The entire staff was professional. Everyone did a GREAT job. I was greeted admittedly as I walked in the door. The dental assistant Jessica was GREAT & knew her job! Jessica was able to answer my questions & took time to explain everything in detail. Tori the office financial advisor was very informative on information pertaining my insurance plan & other payment options. Dr. Andrew Simpson was Great! This is the best dentist office ever! The whole entire staff is awesome!!! Shout out to Mrs. Jessica and Joan, they were incredible. Not only are they(entire staff) very friendly and professional but they have options to help with billing and that is always a plus!!! Dr. Simpson is very pleasant and professional!!! I recommend this dentist and his staff if you are looking for a dentist you can trust and feel comfortable around! If I could give more stars I would!!!!

I am new to the Shrevport area, and needed some dental work done. A friend recommended I try South Shreveport Dental and I am very glad I did. I like the environment, the technology, and the Staff. If your anything like me, Dental appointments dont top the list until a tooth aches. South Shreveport is very professional, but very persistent in following up when I miss the 6 month mark.

The initial customer service was great, but the preformed a procedure called a full mouth debridement with explaining the cost associated with it and additional fees. I only went for a cleaning and this my bill was over 400. They said my insurance didnt conver the procedure. Had I know the cost associated with it I would have never had it done. I like upfront honesty. I wont be back .

At first I was terrified of going to the dentist until I ran across South Shreveport Dental. The whole team was awesome and procedures are great. I had to get two teeth pulled and didnt feel any pain. If I had three thumbs I would give Dr Simpson and his team three thumbs up. I recommend South Shreveport Dental to any one.

Called yesterday for appointment was able to be seen today. Came for filling. It didnt take long at all and was pain free. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. They have snacks and drinks and blankets if your cold. I dont have to wait months out to be seen like other places. Ill keep coming back.
