EXTREMEMLY RUDE!! Had to call and cancel an appointment, received no answer so I left a voicemail. They ignored the voicemail and then tried to say they needed to counsel me for a failure to show in order to see me again and claimed I never left the voicemail. Again the receptionist was unbelievably rude!! They are an embarrassment to Fort Drum.

They never answer the phone, and never return voicemails. I have tried to cancel and reschedule an appointment multiple times. If you physically walk into the clinic they look at you like youre crazy for not calling to make an appointment.

They dont answer calls or check there voicemails. Then answer beyond the 24 hour period and say is will count as a failure. They are very rude and dont understand what a failure can do too us soldiers.
