Dr. Arrighi and his entire staff deserve much more praise about their excellent services than I can ever begin to write. I have been a patient of Dr Arrighi since moving back to my home state in 2010, and since that time, he and his entire staff have cared for me in a manner that has been nothing but outstanding. This most recent visit deserves some type of excellence award, and a description of the events. I married and moved to Illinois in July, and in September I bit down on something I should not have done while away on my honeymoon ..I got back and my husbands dentist said it was a bad break requiring a root canal, core and post and a crown, and that he could not start it until mid October finishing up prior to Thanksgiving. I immediately called Dr. Arrighis office..and within 3 hours,,they had me scheduled for all that I needed and today..in only 2 appointments I had a cleaning done, root canal, post an core and a crown with no pain. THANK YOU DR ARRIGHI, JASMINE..AND EVERYONE AT THE STAFF OF MIDDLETOWN FAMILY DENTRISTRY for everything. Sue Lunsford Scahnz. Thank you again, Susanne. It was our pleasure as well. My family has been patients of Dr Arrigi for years. On my two children’s last appointment for both of them when we walked in we were told, we are 15 minutes late, not hello or hi but your 15 minutes late and you will need to reschedule. Here’s the thing we were 10 minutes late for two patients ??10 minutes NO ONE IN THE WAITING ROOM. Then I was told I have a history of being late and this happened before!!!Who are these people the time police.....I took a half day from work picked up my children from two different schools and I was 10 minutes late.....are you serious?? I was late 2 years ago during the construction of Middletown main street and I called to let them know I was sitting behind a dump truck offloading , they said well you better hurry up and not be late!!!.The staff is rude and offensive; I even had to send my children out of the office. Good luck with your staff and business Dr Arrigi, I’m sure I’m not the only one treated this way and I’m sure I won’t be the last with your current staff. I WONT be returning and I will be sure to let everyone I know how I was treated in your office today. 1/4/12

Ive been a patient of Dr. Arrighis for several years now, and I have to say that the care I receive at his (and his staffs) hands is nothing short of impeccable. The staff is friendly - always asking how Ive been, what Ive been up to, how the family is, etc - and accommodating when I need to change office appointments, which happens often as I travel quite a bit for work. The facility and office equipment are state of the art...TVs mounted above the dentist chairs, headphones available to drown out the sound of teeth cleaners or drills, etc...Ive been to many dentist offices in my day but none hold a candle to this team of friendly and qualified dental professionals or the facilities within which I receive my care. I moved recently and although the trip to Middletown Family Dentistry isnt quite around the corner anymore, I wouldnt think of trusting the care of my pearly whites to anyone else but Dr. Arrighi and his staff! Thanks Dr. Arrighi and all the staff at Middletown Family Dentistry for making my dentist appointments items on my calendar that I actually look forward to!

This is such a wonderful place. Ive never had to wait more than about 2 minutes once I arrived, and in that time they offer you water and other drinks. The hygenists Ive had have all been really friendly and awesome, and Dr. Arrighi is great tool I was a little traumatized by my previous dentist experience, and both the hygenists and the doctor went well out of their way to explain everything they were doing and ensure that I was comfortable at every visit, I never thought Id be able to describe an appointment getting fillings as "pleasant," but here that seems to be the norm. The office staff are also incredibly helpful and understanding, and they do everything they can to make sure your insurance is filed correctly and to minimize your costs as much as possible. I love everything about this place!

My experience at Middletown Family Dentistry was great! I went in for a routine cleaning and I had an awesome experience. The staff was warm and welcoming. The office was impeccably clean and decorated beautifully. My visit was super efficient. They made me feel right at home. They use all the latest technology and sterilization room which made me feel confident and comfortable. I trust they made the best treatment plan for me. I needed to have a crown done on 2 teeth. They do same day crowns right there in the office. The assistant who showed me around was very efficient and friendly. Im so glad I found Dr Arrighi and his staff at Middletown Family Dentistry and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and caring dentist.

All of my children have been going to Middletown Family Dentistry for a few years now and now my husband. Each and every person, front desk staff, dental assistants, and both dentists are beyond amazing. They are always so welcoming and remember everyone in my family. It always amazes me when we walk in there, we pick up conversations that we left off on six months ago. Both dentists are very knowledgeable and very nice. My children have never complained about going to the dentist. They normally wonder what show they will watch while they are getting their teeth cleaned. Very pleased with Middletown Family Dentistry!!!! I highly recommend Middletown Family Dentistry for any age but they are the best around for children!

My family moved to Townsend 3 years ago and we were concerned about the type of dental care our family would receive, as we were very comfortable with our former dentist. We started with Middletown Family Dentistry when we moved here and havent looked back. The staff is friendly and courteous, the facility is state of the art, and we love the fact that Dr. Arrighi is able to meet our needs from ages 3 to thirty something. I would recommend Dr. Arrighi and team to anybody looking for thoughtful, caring, and knowledgeable professionals who genuinely take an interest in their patients lives. I have always had not so good teeth ever since I was younger and every dentist I have been to did not care about the problem, let me suffer with a root canal for days, did work I did not agree on, so I changed almost every time I had to get work done. I figured I would try Middletown Family Dentistry for my 3rd root canal and it was amazing. They actually care. They ask you how you are doing through out the treatment, let you watch TV, go over the bill in detail with you and your insurance and they get to know you on a first name basis. I see them every time I need work done. They are terrific!

This is the best Dentist office in Middletown! Hands down! Dr. Arrighi took the time to explain the treatment in detail. His assistant was very friendly and helpful. We love watching the flat screens as we have our teeth cleaned. Middletown Family Dentistry is our new dentist. The staff is friendly from start to finish. The office looks more like a spa than it does a Dentists office. The decor is gorgeous and the equipment is modern and clean. I needed a crown and it was done in the same day! I would definitely recommend this office.
