My husband took our son for a visit today. There are no toys in the waiting room at all - just chairs, uncovered electrical outlets, small trashcans, and a very large potted tree with a sign that says "DO NOT TOUCH." This is a place where curious babies and children are going to roam and get into things, and its about as child-friendly as a butcher shop. Plus the waiting room has large windows in the front that heat the place up like an Easy-Bake Oven. My husband arrived with our son 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time so that he could fill out new patient forms. He waited for almost 2 hours to be seen by a nurse. Then another nurse who asked the exact same questions. Then he waited for the doctor. At least there were actually toys and engaging things to do in the examination room! When the doctor came in, she refused to touch my son. She asked my husband to position him in different ways (i.e., sitting, standing, etc.) and looked at him good and hard to determine if he was healthy. Other pediatricians will feel joints and glands to make sure nothing feels swollen or out of place. They may even look down his throat or in his ears. Nope - a once-over was good enough for her. Now, I wasnt there to experience any of this, so thats what merits my two-star rating. However, my husband says the whole experience was weird and he would never recommend this pediatrician to other parents. So there you go...

My first experience here wasnt great. Right off the bat I was forced to pay cash since their card reader had been experiencing problems, fortunately I happened to have cash on me or this experience/review would have been much worse. I made my kids appointment with Dr. Abby but never saw her, even after requesting her specifically when making the appointment. Instead they had a physicians assistant treat my son, who was very nice and knowledgeable, but I was expecting to see the actual doctor I was scheduled with. Another thing is this practice also seems to be much more focused on spanish speaking patients, which is irritating when you are trying to call them and they start the conversation in spanish. Also, some of their english isnt the easiest to understand. Overall, this was probably my first and last trip here.

Dr Abbie and her staff are amazing. They have seen my daughter since she was born (a premie with liver issues). She is now about to turn 3 and doing great thanks to Dr Abbie being so active in her care. Trina and Dr Abbie are like family to me and my girls now because they know what they are doing and I honestly trust their healthcare decisions with my kids. They know there stuff and take care of their patients. As a mom I sometimes ask a lot of questions especially with my youngest, Karis, needing a little more care then my oldest due to her liver but they are always kind and hear and answer my questions. Honestly, if Dr Abby treated adults Id sign up for her myself. Lol Love them! Best doctors office by far!

Called the front desk clerk and asked if we could get the 3300 form to be completed and with her being condescending and her attitude she kept cutting me off and trying to tell me my records are from Alabama. when I never once been to Alabama or lived in Alabama. Then I ask can I speak to someone that knows what they are doing shes replies Im the only one! REALLY!! She has all the authority I guess I feel bad because all the other staff are awesome people but all it takes is that one person who thinks shes knows it all to mess it up for the team . I really hope they read this....... Ps She cant take credit/debit cards in office but she can take a payment over the phone WTF!!

I have four children and they have saw dr. Abby for years, even when she was with the other pediatric office in Carrollton. When she left, my children and I were saddened, until she was able to come back with daffodile pediatrics! We all were ecstatic, and she is the best doctor anywhere!!! Trina Roberts, dr. Abbys nurse is also a key player in keeping everything going without her Im not sure dr. Abby would get done as much as shes capable of doing with Trina there! We are always welcomed with a smile and clean facilities! Thank you daffodile, for loving these babies!

My kids and I absolutely love Dr. Abbie. She is very attentive and listens to all your concerns. She even gives her cell phone number so you can reach her at anytime. I changed doctor offices as soon as I found out Dr. Abbie was back in town and she had Trina with her!!! We love Trina. She always has a smile on her face even when shes having a bad day or week. She loves your kids as much as you do. I feel they are more family than my kids doctor and nurse! <3 <3 <3

My family and I absolutely LOVE Daffodil Pediatrics. Dr. Abigail Kamishlian is the BEST pediatrician my girls have ever seen. She is do dedicated to her patients and treats them with the upmost respect. Her nurse, Trina Roberts, we couldnt be more pleased with as well. She takes the time and fulfills the needs of every patient at every visit. We would recommend this office over any other in the west GA area.

They are always so friendly and caring Trina Roberts is an amazing nurse, she always welcomes us with a bright smile and makes it a point to make my son feel cared about and loved. I love going to Dr.Abby because she is a grwat doctor. She actually cares for her patients and their well being. I also love how Trina always treats us like family and can tell how bad you feel with just one look. I would refer Dr.Abby and Trina to friends and family any day.

I WAS TOLD BY SOME FRIENDS THIS WAS A GREAT DR OFFICE. WELL CALLING AS A NEW PATIENT, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WAS TOO BUSY TO GIVE ME ANY INFO ABOUT THEIR OFFICE THAT I COULD CALL BACK!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I DEFINITELY WILL FIND ANOTHER DR FOR BOTH OF MY KIDS.
