I changed Pediatricians because the old one got a little too big for their britches. Scheduling appointments arent always the best here because I do work part-time and typically need later afternoon appointments combined with the kids school schedule and where I work compared to where we live-Im on a time limit and earlier appointments I lose out on money from my job if I leave early. However, I will say this she is the ONLY one out of the bigger practice that I went to that caught the fact my daughter had a heart murmur. We went to a cardiologist to make sure it was nothing to worry about but I cant even imagine the fact if it was something serious and how many peds completely overlooked it or didnt care enough to refer to a specialist to ensure nothing was wrong. There is a strong family history of heart conditions so yeah Id rather be safe than sorry. Therefore, I am ever thankful to her that she caught something like that and took action on it. It is a smaller office environment but honestly I dont wait there any longer than I did in the bigger office I went to. They also had issues with meeting my schedule and appointment times so I think its just perhaps the area we live in combined with the fact that doctors tend to dictate their own schedule which doesnt always meet up with the patients needs. Luckily my daughters are now of an age that they dont require many doc visits as much anymore but I got another one on the way and I will definitely be taking the new baby here for more of an intimate care should they take on new patients.

Love Dr. Kim and his staff. Our first born went through some pretty serious medical issues as a newborn, and Dr. Kim went above and beyond to personally help us. Since then, he has taken up to 45 minutes in check ups when we have needed to discuss a lot of issues and hasnt ever made us feel rushed. Rarely have to wait, but if we do, we know its because hes taking time with a patient who needs it and not because they have over/double booked.

Dr. Kym & Staff have always gone the extra mile for us! My kids always feel comfortable & Dr. Kym always explains everything to me and to them so we understand what is going to happen next. As a mom you want to do everything you can to make your kids better but when you have to rely on someone else that can be a difficult decission who to choose. Dr.Kym & Staff made that easy for me.

impossible to schedule an appt for a well visit. have been trying to schedule an appt for 5 wks and keep getting told they have not opened the books for october (it is now sept 10 and the oct books are still not open). Ridiculous. Would not waste my time with this place.
