I made a same day Saturday appointment for my 3 year old with Dr. Cole because his primary care doctors office @ Piedmont was closed and I wanted him seen asap. Dr. Cole, in my opinion has a HORRIBLE disposition/bed side manner. He made me feel like he was doing me a favor by assisting me. I also felt like he didnt really want to touch my baby... Im accustomed to very caring, very patient Pediatricians and he was just NOT it for me and I will NEVER EVER return or refer anyone to that man. Maybe he has an issue treating people who have a state issued medical card, which my 3 yr old has BECAUSE he gets it free (I am his legal guardian/biological Aunt with custody) until the adoption process finishes. I cant for certain say its a race thing but I told some people about my experience and every single one of them, who are African American, stated that they (or someone they knew) had the same experience as me. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

Dr. Cole is so caring and always takes his time with me and my children. He really cares about the patient. He is extremely knowledgeable, and I am always confident in his decisions and trust his judgement. Dr. Cole has personally called me on multiple occasions to check on my children the day after seeing him. He also has met me at the office after hours to check on my sick newborn. His staff is also extremely sweet. They always can fit my child in if he or she needs to be seen that day. You can always speak to a person when you call and are always directed straight to the nurse or Dr. Cole if you have a question. No answering machines or waiting. He and his staff are fantastic!! They go above an beyond!

Dr. Cole was my pediatrician and Dr until the day I was married and I am 36 yrs old. So when my son and daughter were born I knew exactly who their pediatrician would be too! Being able to contact him personally after hours has calmed my soul many long nights. Dr. Cole is the absolute best in the business!

ABSOLUTELY Love this doctors office! Dr Cole is AWESOME! The staff knows us even by my voice on the phone! And 24/7 they are available to you for things including comforting scared and worried mothers of sick babies/children. My kids think he is (and I quote) "so cool mama, I like him! I do!!!!"

As a parent, Im very happy that Dr. Cole is my childs doctor, he is wonderful. Unlike other physicians that weve been to in the past, he knows why you are in to see him. The supporting staff is very helpful as well and they get us in to see the doctor as soon as possible.

Dr. Cole and the entire staff at the Childrens Clinic are wonderful. They work with your schedule to get you in for an appointment and will schedule you at the last minute to get your child in to see the doctor when theyre sick.

DR COLE IS THE BEST PEDIATRICIAN IN THE STATE. HES TAKEN CARE OF MY SON SINCE HE WAS 8 WEEKS OLD AND IS NOW 17. WE MOVED MANY YEARS AGO AND STILL DRIVE 3 HOURS ROUND TRIP TO SEE DR COLE. WISH WE COULD CLONE HIM.
