He is the best pediatrician you can find. As a solo practitioner he knows you and your kids well. Never a long wait. Same day appointments. Kind staff. Clean office. Convenient location. Saturday morning hours. Quick call backs even at 2am on a weekend when you have a concern or question. His thorough and caring assistance over the phone late at night has saved me from a couple ER trips with helping me manage my sons asthma exacerbations at home! He goes above and beyond and even does follow-up calls over the weekend himself checking on your sick baby. His previous experience includes urgent care for Childrens Healthcare of Atlanta. As a pediatric nurse I am confident in my assessment of him as an excellent doctor. I tell my friends he is Kennesaws best kept secret. I have not done an online review of him for years because I love how small his practice is and honestly was afraid if too many people know about him, the practice might get too big and loose some of its small, intimate benefits (like only 1 other patient in the waiting room ever!). But when I saw these negative reviews I had to speak up. He really is the best of the best and deserves the recognition. He does have a slight accent, but is extremely intelligent and articulate. The only time he hasnt understood me is the couple of times my southern upbringing comes out in nonsensicle southern idioms (ex. "she was off the chain"). But within two seconds I rephrased my slang into a more correct English term and there was no problem understanding eachother. The ONE time I didnt understand him in 5 years was when he pronounced hemoglobin. Once again, two seconds later I understood the word he was saying. It is no more complicated to communicate than it would be with someone from up north or with a British accent. The way I found him was by a referral from SEVERAL nurse colleagues of mine. You know if many pediatric nurses choose him to be their childrens pediatrician and drive as much as an hour to see him that he is excellent. I love how gentle and kind he is with my kids. He can even easily examine inside my wild daughters ears and shes two. So the bottom line is, you couldnt find a better pediatrician if you tried. We truly love him.

I go out of my way to drive 35-40 minutes to see Dr Kola. He is the best pediatrician hands down. His English is perfect , his staff are always pleasant and accommodating. The wait time is minimal. All of those are wonderful, but his knowledge of diseases and treatment of children are why I take the drive. The office has separate entrances for sick vs healthy, no other Dr office I have been to has this. In addition you only see Dr Kola, not a nurse practitioner or another Dr. The continuity of care is always present. If your child is really sick he will call you and find out how they are doing. We are picky by the way, I was a trauma nurse for 14 years. Dr Kola has never let us down, in 8 years.

Dr kola has poor people skills with children, and his english is terrible. He lives on hand sanitizer instead of washing every now and again at least. Glad I made the switch to a more professional Dr. Some of the staff was sweet especially the nurses. I just couldnt handle him telling my 2 month old to calm down all rude again.

I have been taking my children to Dr Kola for over 11 years. We moved out of the Country, and out of state, but came back to Dr Kola, when we moved back to GA. Hes very personable, very caring, an overall good person. The staff at the front office is good too. Would highly recommend Dr Kola.

I have four children that see Dr. Kola and they love him. The staff is always very helpful and we never have to wait long. I also like how since the children are old enough to communicate, Dr. Kola speaks to THEM when asking questions. I just really like this doctors office!
