CoCo again here. We were going to give this office one more chance and took our child in for his well visit. Got there right before our appointment and were welcomed with a locked door. The doctor motioned toward it and the receptionist looked. The Doctor walked off into a patients room and the receptionist remained seated ignoring us. Another family was int he waiting room yet we were not able to enter. She kept looking at us and I kept showing her that the door was locked and shed just look away. So after 10+ minutes of standing there in the non air conditioned foyer with our baby, we realized we were obviously not welcome there. I will never return here. Its a shame the that actual medical staffs ability and caring is more that overshadowed by the receptionists bad attitude.

Best pediatrician ever! My daughter has had asthma since she was 2 months old... For 5 years her previous (30+yrs of experience and highly recommended) pediatrician could not get it under control. I thought she was just a severe case... Within a month and a half of being seen by Dr Rachelle, her asthma was under control and ER visits were no longer routine for us! :) All 3 of my girls are always at ease when we have to see the doctor! Ms. Pat is always quick to get us in for appointments as well! Thanks for being so efficient and personable :)

We LOOOOOVE Dr. Dennis Smith and her staff. Location in Newnan is perfect and they always get us in quick and is very compassionate. I never feel rushed. My middle child is terrified of needles and she actually took the time to draw her blood herself. I have never seen a doctor do that. Her staff is awesome they are sweet and attentive. We love them!!!

i would never ever take my child to this dr again, she needed to be seen for ear infection adn ear pain and they never called me back to schedule an appointment, also she was always too busy to see her, i would not recommend this dr at all!
