I have been seeing doctor cheeks and his staff for a few years now and let me tell you i love them, they always know who I am and treat me and my 2 year old with the upmost respect! I started seeing him when I was first being diagnosed with sjogrens and was on a roller coaster! Ill never forget how he called me and the pharmacy while he was on vacation just to help me get some relief when I was high anxiety, he has helped me more than any rhemtolgist and currently sees me for my other needs, I have referred numerous people to him and will continue because of his staff and his caring attitude because he genuinely wants to help beyond medication, he has your best interest and for that Im so thankful!

Was new to pain management and didnt know all the rules. Trust me, there are many. I made an impropriety and was released AFTER he received my cash ONLY payment. Look people this place is an over glorified pill mill. Sure he goes through the motions and has a good front with all his medicaid patients. However the reality is if you want opiates and your paperwork is in order, YOU WILL getem. He has people coming from all over the State to see him. It sure as s#%t isnt his bedside manor. Go for it. Youll see. Im glad I was let go. Taught me alot about why those of us with legitimate pain problems have to jump through hoops to get relief.

Although, I have heard Dr. Cheek is a great friendly doctor I have not had the opportunity to see for myself. The staff at his office are terrible. They are not organized and very unfriendly. They will not schedule me an appointment. Every time I call they tell me they will call me when a time becomes available early in the morning or afternoon, but I have never heard a word back after 2-3 times that I have called. Im not sure if Dr. Cheek is just too busy to take on new patients, but even when I showed up in person the two ladies told me they would call me and they never did.

Dr. Cheeks is a great Dr! He truly cares for his patients and has always been so kind and respectful! His staff are always so kind Im spite of being so busy! I would certainly recommend him to anyone! Yes you have to schedule appointments a little ahead of time but any good Dr is going to stay busy! Thats a good thing! Great Dr. Great staff!

We have been going to Primary Care Plus for the past 3 years and we really enjoy the Staff and Dr. Cheeks. It can be busy sometimes as are most Dr offices. Dr. Cheeks is nice and the staff is usually always friendly!

Worse customer service. "We can book you an appointment in 2 weeks" Really... 2 weeks? oh by the way what Doctor is closed on Thursdays and leaves at 1 on Friday!!! Dissatisfied
