On yesterday 12/8/16 I had 2 scheduled appointments to see Dr. M. Vera & Dr. E. Vera. The first appt was at 9:20a & second at 9:40a. I checked in at 9:10, but I was not seen until 10:45 for the 1st visit!!! Totally unacceptable. I went to the desk to ask where is the doctor, I have a 10month old with me & my appt was over an hour & 25mins ago. It was just said, shes leaving an exam room now to come in yours. Well it was not the Doctor, instead it was either a PA or NP. Nice lady but it wasnt who I was scheduled with, she came in & never apologized for being late, no explanation, & never gave me her name. At this point, I listened to her b/c the baby is sleepy & I still had one more appt with the other doctor. So for that appt, it was just explained of my labs & for me to call another office to schedule a follow up. Wow! A 7 min talk for a wait of almost an hour & a half. I seen patients come in after me, but checked out before me. Was this a case of overbooking or me being overlooked???? For Dr. E.Vera, he comes in starts talking, explain what he will look for. Never said, any questions, concerns, thoughts. He was in & out in all of 5mins. The professional courtesy is just not there!

Worst doctors visit in my 41 years. "Doc" was with me for less than 30 seconds (literally) and his only comment was "well thats not normal" Ive never felt so dismissed by or uncared for by a doctor in my life. Will NEVER go back. Should have realized that a medical office that spends so much money on billboards, newspaper ads, etc.... cares more about $$$ than people.

This use to be my favorite doctor office but in the last 5 months there customer service has been very unprofessional. When you call in, youre on hold between 3 to 5 minutes. When you do speak with someone theyre very rude. This office use to be very professional but now its a disgrace.
