I called dr pillows office to set up appointment for my motherinlaw new patient that was currently in rehab for broken hip...the appt. was set up for me (date and time) and then a few weeks later right before the appt. they called and said sorry we arent taking any new patients..dont come in for your appointment what is wrong with people these days??? so at this point she cant get her oxygen because she has no doctor... This is horrible business...and extremely rude and unprofessional. does anyone know what they are doing in this office?? I give one star because I have to but they deserve negative stars for their stupidity...
