I see Laurie Kopp and I love that she listens without making me feel rushed(some medical professionals look at the watch more than they should, do the feet tap and/or the look away). I love that she goes into action mode whether its prevention or treatment. She actively listens then she goes into action. She truly cares and Im grateful that she is part of the DCFP team. I saw a couple of other medical professionals within the practice and was going to switch because I was not happy with my treatment but that all changed when one visit I saw Laurie Kopp and I now Im happy and pleased with my treatment.

Staff and doctors are very friendly and observant. But when a prescription needs approval from insurance, they drag their feet to get it done if at all. Theyll just prescribe something else that doesnt need approval. But other than that, they are amazing in my opinion.

I really like Dr. George. Shes really caring and takes the time to listen to me. However the wait is long and I always have a difficult time scheduling an appointment. They never call back when I leave a message and I have a hard time getting my prescription refilled.

Very friendly staff, Doctors are very easy to talk too. Wait time can be be long but I feel this is because Doctors do take there time to address all of your concerns.

The office has no concern for the patients and has allowed my wifes thyroid medication to lapse (again), even after repeated calls to them. Stay away.
