Office staff is very rude. Totally not accommodating and not understanding in the least - they show no compassion for the patient. They are so worried about enforcing their "10 minute" rule about being late, yet dont take into account the time that you have to wait in line to be checked in because they are short-staffed. They also refused to take into account the fact that even after being checked in you have to wait 10-15 minutes before being called back. They didnt even offer to check to see if the doctor was still with another patient and could still get him in. I am very disappointed that the office staff is so rude, yet this location has decent doctors. Reflects very poorly on the practice as the reception staff is supposed to represent the values and culture and is the first contact with patients. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this location.

Ive personally been misdiagnosed there 2 times and given the wrong meds, my son was misdiagnosed (how do you miss an ear infection, and someone to Childrens which can clearly see the infection), the APRN called and yelled at me for reporting the incident to get manager (her she still works there 3 years later). Ive had the Dr on call yell at me for being upset (in the midst of an anxiety attack) when he returned my call. The staff is rushed, yet always late, horrible at returning messages. I transferred my children to a pediatrician & I was lucky to find a family Dr not affiliated with St E

I have visited this location several times for my Peripheral Neuropathy to get B12 injections and have not had any problems with staff. I always get in quick and the staff is polite. I have been with St. E for over 25 years and have had 3 surgerys. All went perfect.

office staffing in general is extremely rude and obnoxious. you are pretty much just a number and a dollar sign. what happen to the office that existed ten years ago, dr. schumann and the staff back then. they truly cared about you as a person.

I followed my Dr. here from another office and I absolutely love it. The whole staff and everyone I came in contact with from the front desk to the Diabetic Specialist was absolutely wonderful and kind. So glad to call this my Drs office.

Dont expect above and beyond care here. This place is just interested in finding anyway they can to bill your insurance company. If you ask for something they cant bill you for dont expect it to get done.
