Great Dr., have been going for 2 years and hes very attentive to my issues and the staff is very helpful. One response to another complaint here. Every Doctors office Ive ever been too has a policy about missing/not cancelling appointments. Whats interesting is YOU made a mistake, and now are blaming the Dr. for following a common industry policy? There are sick people who needed care that he could have helped if you hadnt wasted his time. Personal responsibility is lost on you, youd rather blame the Dr. I think him and his patients who had to take another appointment are better off with you.

Being new to the area (Powder Springs), I scheduled for my husband to be seen. However, he could not get off work that day and, being a busy adult, I forgot to cancel. When I called to reschedule the woman told me she could not reschedule because I did not cancel and then proceeded to apologize to me. But I should be the one apologizing to her because I will take my insurance and loyalty elsewhere where my business is appreciated. In all my years and states I have lived in I have never experienced anything so ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY DO NOT PUT THE PATIENT FIRST!!!

The staff was super great today, my son was running a fever and they worked us in right away and the support staff for the doctor was super great, and Dr Hill. Well hes always the man when it comes to bedside manner and taking care of the problem and making you feel better! A loyal customer that had 3 generations of my family taken care of by Dr Hill.

I have been seeing Dr. Hill since I was a young girl. He is a great doctor, but has a terrible staff. They have attitudes and everytime you call they are not willing to help you out.
