UPDATE: In the last 6 months I have seen this dentist 3 times and have had no wait in the waiting room or back in the chair. I was seen quickly and efficiently. This dentist is knowledgeable and definitely has the experience to know whats going on in your mouth. I went to a different dentist three times explaining pain I had on two different teeth, he told me there was nothing wrong with with them, saying it was because I grind my teeth that they were hurting. In less than 10 minutes, the dentist at Lake Forest Dental was able to tell me that one tooth hurt cause it had a filling that was close to the nerve causing pain and the other tooth had an infection. I had my daughter sitting on my lap with me during the appointment, the doctor was ok with it! I have three boys and my husband that now go to her. My son, 14 yr old, had 11 cavities done there and he said everyone was nice to him and hed go back. My 13 yr old had 2 cavities done there and he said hed like me to schedule his annual cleaning there soon so he can get a day out of school. Sometimes the wait is long, but so worth it for a good dentist! All the staff is just so wonderful.

Paid upfront for a dental cleaning. After getting xrays, someone polishes my teeth which was done so fast and under a minute I was like thats it. And this girl was humming in my ear about a foot from my mouth which was unprofessional and annoying. I dont pay as a customer to listen to you hum. Then dentist came in and evaluated. Then after she checked everything said I was free to go. I stated that I never received my cleaning. You know where you manually remove plaque and such...and then polishing is the final step not the first one. She then said oh well lets get that taken care of. Then Im left sitting unattended for 30 min before they came and started my cleaning. They rushed the cleaning and it wasnt done up to standard. Entirely different than my last cleaning here and every cleaning I have ever had done in my life.

Best Dental Office in McKinney! At first I wasnt so sure about this place because it only has 12 reviews on Google, but after doing some research, I saw most of their patients actually leave their reviews on a different website where they have 5 stars and over 64 reviews. You can get to the site from their website where it says "Read Our Reviews." I bring my entire family to this clinic and we love it. The front desk staff, the dental assistants and the Dr. I feel like they genuinely care about my family and arent just looking to make money. After visiting several offices in McKinney, this is the one we feel most comfortable in. Definitely staying here for as long as we are in McKinney!

I like the patience the doctors have but the front office staff needs to understand time management. I understand emergencies happen and it may interfere with an appt but usually a front office professional will update the upcoming appt ppl of the delay and push back spots instead of having us sit and wait for an hour to 3 hours. That is ridiculous. Its parents with children who have activities and not only that but families waiting that need this kind of notification.

Dr. Davina Prida is amazing! She truly makes you feel like family. When I come to her I know that I will be correctly diagnosed and that she truly looks for my best interest. My son loves her too. We are truly blessed to have found her, she is caring, loving and does her work with integrity. Thank you Lake Forest dental you guys are awesome! Very professional, very friendly staff, who treat you and your children as valued patients. They are well organized and efficient, and have the most up-to-date equipment. All of my children (ages 1-9) like going there, and the calm attitude of the staff greatly contributes to their just sitting back and enjoying the videos! Highly recommend Dr. Prida and her entire staff!

I loved the honesty of the Dentist, Learn to floss in a"C"! Floss daily and a firm reminder to use my Night Guard. And guess what?! I flossed in a "C" and found my night guard and wore it last night! Thank You for giving me outstanding care!
