I cannot say enough good things about Edeen Family Dentistry! They filled a cavity of mine once and it hurt more than usual afterwards. Dr. Edeen called himself to follow up with my pain. More recently, my husband woke up with excruciating pain in one of his back teeth one morning. I suggested he call our dentist and without blinking, they were able to squeeze him in, diagnose his problem and even make some referral suggestions that same day! I also work for an area assisted living. There are countless examples I could give on the excellence of care Edeens provides our business. For one, Dr. Edeen offers to treat our low income residents; something no other area dentist will do. One time, he even drove one our residents back after an appointment. Another time, he stayed almost 2 hours after hours to treat a resident who was in excruciating pain, and she wasnt even a client of his. I could give example after example of the quality of care Edeen Family Dentistry provides. Their entire staff is kind, accommodating and wonderful. A smaller community like Dilworth is so fortunate to have such an incredible practice in their town.

We walked in to a kind, friendly voice welcoming us to the office. An inviting space to wait while both of my children were seen for cleanings. Smiling faces on the hygentists both greeted my children by name. After the cleanings, the hygentists each came and gave me an update to how things were and that the dentist would be out to speak to me soon. I appreciated being informed of the progress of the check-ups. The dentist had checked over each child and came into the waiting room and escorted me to the examination room to discuss what he found. He interacted with each child calling them by name, and giving them encouraging words about the routines needed to keep a healthy mouth. I liked how he used different vocabulary/language that each child could relate to. Great experiences that keep us going back!

Having moved to several different cities in the past few years, picking a dentist was usually done by who was at the top of the in-network list with my insurance...which usually ended up with me going through at least 2 dentists before I found one that was just ok. Luckily when I moved here, I had a friend (who also happens to also work with Dr. Edeen) refer me to his office and gave me an honest opinion! As someone who has been terrified of the dentist since a young age, Dr. Edeen and his staff made my dentist experience very pleasant. The staff is very easy to talk to and they all listened to what fears and concerns I had with being at the dentist. I have definitely found where I will be going for all my dental needs for many years to come!

I went to Edeen Family Dentistry thinking I needed to pull my tooth or get a crown. The receptionist was friendly and worked hard to get me in quick. When Dr. Edeen reviewed me, he gave me options I didnt even think of. I got my tooth fixed fast and painlessly. He even fixed the crack in my tooth that had been bothering me...cant even tell its there! The Hygienists are awesome and have fancy new state-of-the-art X-ray machines that show your teeth on a large screen on the wall, almost instantly, and gave me a detailed status of my tooth and gum condition. My grandchildren enjoy there visits too. Very comforting leaving this place. Thanks Darin and Team, I would recommend them to everyone.

I had a terrible cavity that I had been ignoring as long as possible--I HATE the dentist! I couldnt stand it anymore and finally went to see a dentist. Dr. Edeen did a root canal and filled the tooth. I explained to him I anxious dental procedures make me. He did a really great job of talking me through the procedure and made sure I didnt feel a thing! It was great! His staff was very polite and efficient. As far as dentists go, hes pretty great! You should definitely make an appointment with him. Im going back to have a crown placed on the tooth where I had the filling and root canal done.

Dr. Edeen is simply the best! I grew up terrified of going to the dentist but since I started seeing Dr. Edeen about 10 years ago, I honestly look forward to every appointment. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and does fantastic work. They always make the right recommendations and stay on top of anything that may cause trouble down the line. Rest assured, if you ever need a filling, tooth pulled, etc., Dr. Edeen will make certain that you experience as little discomfort as possible. Theres a reason this place has such great reviews; theyre awesome! Every time I go, I feel like the only patient there. The staff and Dr. Edeen are truly top notch. They give you so much attention and are always very thorough with their cleaning and examination. Edeen Family Dentistry is incredible! My last dental visit was over four years ago. Before my first appointment there, I was pretty nervous. As soon as I walked in the door, the staff was very friendly and made me feel at home. The check-up was very professional and positive, and the cleaning was thorough and gentle in sensitive areas. Dr. Sparkman, the assistant, and hygienist were very gentle and calming. All of my previous anxiety vanished after my first visit. I will definitely be returning!

Everyone from reception to hygienist, to dentist is friendly and answers questions! They are knowledgeable on what insurances will cover and even though my dental insurance has changed a couple times, they are on top of what my current plan will cover.
