3-26-16 THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD!!! GO ELSEWHERE!!! I WILL NEVER WALK IN HERE AGAIN! GO TO INTEGRITY WALK IN DOWN THE STREET!! I had to retract my previous review. I used to come here years ago & get fairly decent care but now, I would give -100 stars, but have to give a 1 star as there’s no -100 stars. First, the waiting area was skanky-the chairs looked like someone took a shi# in them and the front desk was so rude. I went here for a sinus infection and the doctor who treated me was the rudest fuc# ever! He yelled at my kids, told me I was a bad parent and -then stomped out the room like he hated his life! When I asked if he co-uld tell me if I have strep, he says “I don’t know. I can’t test you for that cause my lab is closed.” I’m appalled he had the balls to do this-my kids are 3 and 5 yrs old! I called the next day and demanded the office manager. The girl on the phone said “we don’t have a manager” I then asked for someone in charge and was told the owner is not in state. I asked for the head doctor as this is utterly uncalled for. The girl said “he’s at home in Texas” I then asked for the doctor’s name and she said “Dr Steven Wenrich” So…I did some research and found out HE’S THE DOCTOR WHO SAW ME!! THIS NUMBNUT DR STEVEN WENRICH HAS MALPRACTICE SUITS ALL OVER NEW MEXICO AND COLORADO!! NO WONDER THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SHI$HOLE! HE’S NEVER THERE AND HAS MALPRACTICE SUIT FOR NOT KNOWING THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A LIGAMENT AND FALLOPIN TUBE!! COME ON PEOPLE!!GIVE ME A FUC&ING BREAK!! THIS IDIOT NEEDS HIS LICENSSE REVOKED AND OFFICES SHUT DOWN!! It gets better…apparently this place likes to hire jailbirds to work, who have been in prison for medication fraud. If you don’t believe me, just google Jacquelyn Nicole Kyle. Shes the rudest billing person Ive come across! You should see the email she sent me asking for money-after my insurance paid everything! BILLING FRAUD! Still don’t have the owners name, but ensure I’ve reported these morons to my insurance company, the state, medical board, BBB, among other state and federal agencies. Again, if you want good care, go down the street to Integrity walk in clinic. AT LEAST THEY HAVE REAL DOCTORS WHO KNOW WTF THEY’RE DOING AND GIVE A SHT$ WHILE THEY CARE FOR YOU!!

Some one please help shut this place down. This mess of a facility is trying to mask it self as a health care service? Give me a break. 7 months of lost time and money. I made the mistake of setting this place as my PCP. Huge mistake. They lost my paperwork twice. Could not take a clear x-ray. Had to get referred to an imagining center to get an x-ray that could be read. Then they sent me to physical therapy without any clue of how bad my back was. Weeks into this they finally got the report. They scheduled me to see my doctor and go over my report. They told me to go to the wrong facility and made it out like it was my fault. Than told me my doctor no longer works there and I had to see a new one. I finally got to see a new doctor and she said I had to start the whole process all over again. I asked her to at least read the report. They could not find it. Luckily I had a copy. She then said it was not that bad. I showed her in the report where it said it was a severe problem and than she said that she would write me a referral to a specialist. After a week of not hearing from the specialist we called them and found that they never got a fax. For 3 weeks straight we called every other day for them to fax the referral. They never did. I they had me scheduled for an appointment soon so I figured I would wait to talk to them about it then. I got a text message about my appointment yesterday I responded to it as it instructed. I got there this morning and they said they did not have an appointment scheduled for me. I mentioned that I got the text message and they said "that that doesnt mean anything". They said they would have to reschedule me and that my doctor dose not work there anymore. So I would have to start the process all over again for the third time. I told them to get bent. I wish I had the resources to make them at least have to acknowledge the time and cash they have wasted. Not to mention just leaving me in pain for seven months. Be warned this filthy, unorganized, in competent, uncaring, facility full of lying morons pretending to practice medicine can be your undoing. This place should be shut down.

Im appalled by some of the reviews for this place. Those people who gave those reviews obviously had a bad experience in some form or fashion. But, there seems to be too many of the same complaints so it seems a little suspicious-in my opinion. Anyways, I recently moved here in January and since February have been trying to get into a family care practice to become an established patient and transfer all of medical records, lab tests, etc. I was sick of the way I was being treating by other facilities including emergency services (Memorial). Was shockingly disappointed. Almost to the point of questioning Colorado Springs quality of hospital care as a whole. I was able to get in quickly on a Saturday afternoon and the front desk staff was very helpful. Gave my insurance information, filled out forms and was in the back ready to be seen within 10 minutes. The provider who saw me was Shannon Rodriguez and by far has been the most professional and caring person Ive dealt with since moving here. She actually listened to me with no judgement and completely understood my frustration with trying to become an established patient somewhere. I felt very comfortable with her and wish I could continue seeing her but have no worries about the provider I will be seeing to continue my treatment for the future. Flora, the girl who took my vitals was very quiet but could tell she has a one of a kind personality, caring, professional and on point. No one there was rude or disrespectful in any way. Raising more suspicion to all those other reviews. Im very pleased with my visit and would recommend this place to anyone with an urgent care need and/or to become an established patient here. My situation has been very stressful and by coming here I feel for the first time in 6 months and 4 different health related facilities, happy and appreciated. Thank you, Qwik Care for making things that much easier for me! P.S. The chairs in the lobby are BRAND NEW to anyone who might have a concern...this is place is far from being a dump.

Unfortunately my experience having this location as my PCP has been below average. The front desk staff is great. The doctors are alright. My doctor wouldnt prescribe me antidepressants or anti anxiety meds despite my mental health history because she prefers to leave that to psychiatrists. I sort of understand this decision but at the same time I need a doctor that is knowledgeable in this area as well. Additionally, I set an appointment to have a bothersome mole checked (I have a history with cancerous skin cells) and I was scheduled three weeks out. I was called the last week to reschedule for a later date, I honestly didnt bother. Every time I have had an appointment I felt like my concerns were dismissed and never further investigated. And on top of all that, I called today with some questions and once again their voice receptionist was being faulty. You call, it tells you to push 1 for the location, it rings maybe 5 times, and then it sends you back to push one... I pushed one about 6 times before I gave up and called back and it went through. I asked the woman who answered if shes ever heard of this before and before I could explain she got defensive and went off about how they had calls on hold as if I were just being impatient and not trying to tell them about something that is actually not working right.. kind of reminded me of how they treat my health concerns. So, maybe theyd be a good urgent care to visit but they have no place offering primary care when they dont have the time or compassion. If it werent for the friendly staff I have met there I wouldve given 1 star.
