When staff is fully present SCC runs well and I dont really have complaints, however when in situations where they essentially are trying to run things with a skeleton crew the service and courtesy is atrocious. Recently stopped in for a check-up with my PCP but she was out, so I went and saw her back-up instead. I was in the waiting room for a full hour before finally being called and received no apologies nor explanation for the lengthy wait from the receptionist, nurse, or back-up much to my irritation. When I did finally see the back-up, she established a warm rapport but was not even knowledgeable that a common medication that I had been taking was available as an over-the-counter med. Now I understand that things do not always run smoothly in the clinical world, and when they dont you could at least show thanks for the patience of your patients. That is the true test of quality service: when you show that you can shine even when you are not running optimally. I really felt disrespected in being taken for granted in this way. If it wasnt for my prior positive experience with this clinic, I would have been far less merciful in my rating and review.

Not sure what others complain about but a word of advice, you waste everyones time if you are not up front about your issues in particular how much you REALLY drink and prolongs your diagnosis and care. Questions are asked for a reason. Good doctors dont pass out pot cards like candy. Dont be stupid especially you macho types or potheads. THAT SAID, Dr. Fields has provided EXCELENT care for my needs including prescriptions and referrals. His nurse Rosa is on top of everything with quick response with my prescriptions as well as my referrals. What a rockstar!!. Give her a raise and keep her on staff. These two are very professional and super friendly. They go well beyond what I have ever experienced in my past. Best part is not sugar coating anything as I take my medical needs very seriously. And my gratitude to the front desk help as well, again courteous and very friendly, Trisha just to single one out. Kudos to all. Way more than I ever expected.

Ive been here a couple of times and normally theyre great. However, we saw a doctor today that was anything but great. Dr. Murillo (not sure about spelling) came in, never introduced himself, started looking over my 11 son whom we were there for, didnt talk to us, started reviewing symptoms into his vice recorder, told us 4 times that pharmacists are stupid, and then got up to walk out. It was only bc I heard him say it into his recorder that I even figured out the diagnosis. He left the room without saying anything and just left the door open. A nurse had to asked him if we were done and he said yup. I had to then ask her what we needed to do based on the diagnosis, since we had never had to deal with this issue before and were clueless. Idk who that guy is, but he needs to learn how to at least talk to ppl! I can appreciate a candid response, but I didnt get any communication!

Very frustrated that the recorded message will not allow me to reach a live person. The option to reach the front desk for appointments takes me back to the option to choose family practice over the other departments. I finally chose an option to contact my doctors medical assistant. Her recording says to choose 0 to make an appointment. Choosing 0 then gets me a recorded message saying "0 is in invalid option". I sent an email yesterday requesting an appointment and have received no response. If I didnt love my doctor so much Id find another clinic. HOW IS ONE SUPPOSED TO GET AN APPOINTMENT?

Doctor is good, staff is okay. But their communication with me is very lacking. Took three weeks to get a implant for birth control. They schedule me a few weeks out , because only one doc could do it then. Changed my appointment because he had a emergency. Wich is fine. But I could of done this way faster with a referral to the womens clinc. When I asked about a referral they said I didnt need one...... what the heck

I followed Dr. Murillo over from CFCC. He has helped our family and our friends tremendously over the years. He is matter of fact and to the point which we appreciate. While in the hospital he was very empathetic and cared for our concerns in a loving way. The staff is hit and miss, replies from the nurses can take some time but after all they are in clinic all day. Overall good experiences.

Dr. Sabitini in pediatrics is FANTASTIC! Im only giving 3 stars though because the front staff is awful. Forgot to let the ma and Dr. know I was there one time leaving me waiting for over a hour. Next visit had to schedule a follow up, was put a month out because I had to have a Friday. Got my reminder call for the appointment for tomorrow.... which is thursday!!!!

The staff here are rude!! Took almost a week to send my testing paperwork to the correct place even though I provided all of the I formation 3 times. Nurses rarely return calls. The doctor seemed to be pretty good and helpful but when you have bad experiences with the staff makes it so you dont want to return

I went in a little over a month ago. Had no issues getting an appt. My wait time was minimal. Both Tara Guy and her assistant were great! Easy to communicate with and promptly got my prescription called in.

Doctors dont even check there patients meds on there computer.To see the side effects.they just call it in for there patients and thats it I dont trust doctors that much. So I give the doctors 2 stars..

While I dont have a problem with the Drs I see here, sometimes their staff can be lacking. Ive been known to leave multiple messages and never get a call back. Pebbles in billing is a gem.
