I stopped in today @ 12:45 to set an appointment for next week. There was a female receptionist and a male associate there at the reception area. I asked if I could make an appointment and was TOLD " Cant you see we are on lunch you will have to come back at 1:30 or call." WOW WOW it is apparent that the receptionist isnt the one making payroll so she can have a job and get paid. I have already told my story to several friends. If they hadnt heard the story from me, they wouldnt have believed it. I wonder if the doctors know how the receptionist is treating their customers? I will find another doctor and will never ever walk into their office again. WOW CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If the staff is on lunch......lock the front door. But if someone is coming in to support your business take care of the people who want to give you money. Maybe the doctors should train their employees in the art of Customer Service.

I had held out with this clinic, having seen a few providers over the past 2 years and generally having good experiences during the actual visit. Unfortunately, the customer service is horrendous. From responses to messages, attempts to get medication refills, to very, very rude receptionists who frankly speak to things that are beyond the scope of their role (e.g. recommendations regarding if I should ask for a refill), this customer service trumps any positive experiences I have had with the individual practitioners. The final straw was when I mentioned to a receptionist today that I was considering a new doctors office due to the issues with communication and her response was, "Ok, thank you." Really? Clearly there is no commitment to maintaining current patients. Amazing this place continues to stay in business at this point.

I cannot say enough kind things about Dr. Diana Byrd. She is phenomenal, and by far the best family doctor I have ever visited. She is extremely empathetic, and never stops trying until she finds a solution to your problem. I have been to countless doctors that shuffle me along from one doctor to the next, leaving me feeling hopeless. This ended the minute I met with Dr. Byrd. She is very professional, friendly, and personable, and I have already recommended her to friends and family. If you are in search of a new family physician, look no further. Dr. Byrd is simply the best!

The worst experience ever. They are apparently a full-profit company, and dont give a shi* about patients medical needs, or have any compassion for their patients. My insurance company made a mistake and did not pay $9 for one testing, and Miramont FP harassed me, threatening to report me to a credit company, and said they will not see me as a patient anymore. Even after the insurance company paid the full amount, they still did not get back to me when I called to refill my medications. Practices like this should not be allowed to provide patient care, period.

Horrendous. DO NOT GO HERE. Their scheduling system means absolutely nothing. Having a confirmed appointment through phone call, text message and email means absolutely nothing. I was told I "could wait and possibly be squeezed in or come back tomorrow" even with the above documentation. After showing the email to the secretary, she responds with "I dont know the order in which people booked their appointments". What? They have now lost a patient and I can only hope that this review prevents new patients from considering.

Unbelievable apathy...my husband has been dealing with cancer symptoms which they totally ignored! Have yet yo call us with lab results when question of infection, called him when he was home from surgery to give him results of test the week before. If there was NO STAR, I would have clicked on that. The PA in this office is pathetically ignorant and wouldnt even examine him during a (paid! ) office visit. RUN from Miramont!

There is only one doctor I like there and it is Diana Byrd. She is kind and helpful and most of all she cares. But I can call and call and get nothing but an answering machine. If you leave a message they never call back. If you need to get in it is only a 20% chance you will get in that day. I have had a nasty uti and I called and called on a Monday and when I got through I was told I had to wait until Friday.

I have had multiple experiences where the office has not followed up on lab results or Rx refills. I am now 2 days without my daily meds after I called the refill in to King Soopers 8 days ago. Not sure why the office is not able to follow up on these things, but it shows a lack of concern for my health. My parents also use this clinic and have had the same experiences.

Front desk was helpful. Waited for over 30 minutes to see the doctor in a exam room. The doctor ordered tests and I never received a call or letter with the results. After 2 weeks I had to call and follow up. Left a voicemail and no return call. I was told by the doctor they never received notification of my results and she didnt know who received my voicemail. What?!

This is officially the worst doctors office Ive ever been to. They are VERY difficult to reach and they give incorrect information regarding insurance way too often. They are UNORGANIZED and have NO REGARD for your time in lining up appointments with them that they dont see you for (because they didnt give the correct information to begin with).

The P.A Rebecca is SUPER personable. Shes also efficient and comfortable to be around which is not always the case when youre looking for a new provider. Front desk staff and Rebecca the m.a were also friendly, efficient and confident in their jobs.
