I have been a customer since they had a smaller office space a few blocks down the street. I was about 11. These guys are the best! From the office staff who are so, so kind and welcoming to the hygienists who are very thoughtful and gentle. I have been seen by all three Doctors at one point or another and I can say they are friendly, truly care about their patients and always leave me feeling confident about my health! Dr. Stovie changed my terrifying view of going to the dentist as a child into one of pure joy! (sounds crazy, I know!) I love the feeling of extra clean teeth, and he fixed my chipped tooth and gave me two fillings... I giggled and smiled the whole time! He also did my Orthodontic treatment twice (my fault for not keeping a retainer the first time) and was very helpful with any concerns along the way. He is great about helping you to forget any potential discomfort with his humor. Dr. Hingst did my wisdom teeth - That was the only time I ever saw her as a patient, and she was awesome. She made me feel completely comfortable and calm through the entire process even though I put it off for years before that because I was so nervous to have a surgery done! Many of my family members see Hingst and love her as a general dentist, too! Dr. Haganman became my dentist more recently as my insurance changed and it would have cost me twice as much per visit to see Stovie. I was initially extremely disappointed because Stovie changed my view about the dentist and I had seen him for about 15 years. As it turned out, Haganman is just as kind and knowledgeable! Basically, my point is - no matter which staff memeber you see at The Dental Center, you are in great hands! They are all top notch in my book and Id trust any of them with my oral health any day!

Dental Center, thank you so much what you did to my smile! I will never be able to thank you enough! I am so please with the results it’s hard to put into words. In elementary school I suffered trauma to my front tooth. They were able to save it and put me back together but after 2 root canals and 15 years later my tooth was slowly fading in color and my gums started retracting which made me look like I had a piece of pepper in my tooth at all times. I knew at some point I needed to do something. But I was extremely nervous about this change because I thought to myself—what if it turns out worse than I already have. With Dental Center’s patience they waited for me to be ready to take the plunge. I mentioned to them I will do it before I get married. Now that I am engaged I set up my appointment and got my teeth fixed, my only regret? NOT DOING IT SOONER! I am so pleased with the results. I find myself smiling more and feeling 100% more confident talking to strangers. A smile is a significant thing, it’s the first thing people notice about you. You can spread joy and happiness to anyone with a just a simple smile. I have been fortunate enough to travel to a few places in this world and it is incredible how a smile becomes a universal language. Now that I have gotten my teeth fix I am not bashful to show them off! Thank you Dental Center from the bottom of my heart! The staff was knowledgeable, understanding, listened to your wants and needs, patient, and most importantly perfectionists! Thanks again Dr. Chris Haganman, Bobbie, and Sarah Williamson!

My experiance with Dr Haganman and his staff was about as good as you can get!!! i was told he was the best so i drove all the way from St Louis to find out that this was true. I was looking into getting my gap fixed in my front two teeth but i was so nervous that it would not look natural.Dr Haganman assured me i will be 100% pleased and i have to say i am a complely different person. I smile so much more now i love seeing my smile in pictures. Every time i look at my smile i thank Dr Haganman and i cant leave out his assistant Bobbie Huber,she was amazing as well she made sure i was 100% pain free and comfortable. She worked so hard to get me in and out quickly because she knew i had a long drive home. I would recomend these people for and of your dental needs. They truly care about you and not about how much money they can make off you. that is hard to come by these days. Love you guys and appricate all the good that you do. .....oh and a shout out to Kimberly at the front desk who welcomed me and made me feel at home. Thanks guys, you all are top knotch!!!!

Dr. Haganman and his staff have been excellent to work with! From basic twice yearly cleaning and exams, to crowns and cosmetic dentistry, their work has been PERFECTION...and PAIN FREE!! Dr. Haganman is really great at identifying potential problems, discussing the solutions, and then executing really great dental work!! He and his assistants are very conscientious about making sure that the patient is comfortable and not experiencing any pain! I think having their own "in house" dental lab makes for quicker turn around for crowns and veneers...and they are made to Dr. Haganmans exacting standards. I cant recommend them highly enough! At one of my visits a gentleman in the waiting room struck up a conversation with me. He said he and his wife (who he said have implants from Dr. Haganman) travel 2 1/2 hours each way to come to Dr. Haganman at the Dental Center. They believe in him and his work that much!

Terrible bedside manner. Assistants were rude. They would get angry when I tried to set up appointments at the office. I would have to call in to reschedule because assistant would argue and yell at me because I couldnt come in at certain times because I work. Also was tricked into getting a $80 bottle of mouthwash when you can buy the same kind at any store for $6. Would also get charged erroneously with fees that were unnecessary. Lastly was told repeatedly I needed a route canal and my tooth couldnt be fixed. Went to another dentist and got it fixed, repaired, and filled in. I also have a permanent hole to my jawbone and now require surgery to repair the damage because they didnt stitch me up properly. Really disappointed in the price I paid for work done when it was done sloppy and rushed. Never again. With another dentist that treats me like a human and not a paycheck.

You have TLC the minute you walk in the door. My mom that has dementia had fallen and knocked her front teeth out. Dr Hageman was very compassionate with her. From the assistants to even John in the back making her teeth replacements it was the BEST experience ever. Her new teeth look just like her old teeth and you cant tell the difference! Love you guys. I had to first hand experience this amazing staff myself. Doctor Hageman even offered to stay late to get me out of pain! My hygienist was great for cleaning and then had a root canal done a different day. I have had many bad experiences with dental procedures and pain. Not with this amazing place. Didnt even feel the novacane shot. Usually you feel a pinch, not with these professionals. Their main concern is your comfort. All the way around this is the most comfortable relaxing experience I have ever had in 49 years.
