I have never experienced such poor bedside manner. The dentist, Dr. Singh was to evaluate my sore tooth and treat accordingly. I have anxiety during dental procedures and checked all those boxes on my paperwork and also let the secretary, hygienist, and the dentist even know. Dr. S didnt do anything to help my anxiety- when she went to pull my tooth she told me I needed to know the difference between pressure and pain- she stabbed the number area with her tool (which I did not feel really obviously) and said "this is pressure" and then stabbed my un medicated gums with the same hook and said "this is pain, now do you know the difference?!" My eyes teared up and I said ouch and she then attempted to yank my tooth from my jaw when I made it obvious I was uncomfortable. I did get her to stop and requested a referral to a oral surgeon. That appointment wasnt for over 6 hours later and once my novocaine wore off while at home my tooth was soooo much more sore than my original toothache that all I could do was sit and cry. Luckily the oral surgeon and his dental assistants took great care of me and had true concern for my comfort. I wouldnt take my worst enemy to Dr Singh and Im not sure how she is even allowed to practice dentistry with that type of attitude towards her patients- if you need anything more than a cleaning youre better off elsewhere. No wonder the initial exam and x-rays were only $1!!!

Be careful !!! Stay away !!! I got a coupon as junk mail for $1 exam & x-ray. Although they got the coupon, they charged regular price from my CC. Also, After exam they quoted almost $1500 to root canal after my dental insurance coverage. I went to UI Dental clinic and they done it for $325. My dental insurance covers 50% of root canal, which means they normally charges almost $3000 for root canal. Lets back to overcharging from my CC. I called them about it, they asked me to stop by for refund. I stopped by 3 times within a week, they were closed. I called them, they gave me excuses about being closed. I went there again yesterday, she told me "she is going to refund it but it takes 4-6 weeks to money posted in my account". And she didnt need my CC for refund. I said if you didnt need my CC, why had you asked me to stop by? We all know about CC refunds and it never takes so long the money posted back in account. Please be aware!!!

During my visits, I was beyond impressed with Dr. Singhs superior professionalism, knowledge, and ease with performing QUALITY dental care. She was friendly and comforting, upfront with me on what needed done, and addressed all of my concerns. Easily the best dentist I have ever been to. Her team is also very professional, friendly, and warm. Each plan for my care was gone over with me by Dr. Singh and then by a business assistant so I knew exactly what was being done and what to expect bill-wise. There were no surprises. As long as I am in this area, I will not be going to any other dentist!

Quality experience for both appointments. The hygienist did a great job explaining everything she was doing and how to further care for my dental needs once I got home. The doctor was very kind and courteous to talk with before and after my appointment. I love going to the dentist as is but the friendly staff and reasonable prices make the experience even more enjoyable.

The waiting area is great, and the staff was very friendly- I HATE rude receptionists, so i was pleased right from the beginning. They took such great care of my little one, and made him feel special. Dr Singh is great and Tessa, the hygienist is wonderful! Highly recommended!
