This place makes you feel like you youre going to get a staff infection just walking in. However, the work is cheap so I can deal with it. My issue with Monarch Dental is that they try and charge you for stuff you did not have done. On two separate occasions they sent me a bill for $30, claiming insurance didnt cover this portion. I called them asking for an itemized receipt and all the sudden they are able to remove the $30. BOTH TIMES. I asked them what it was for and they would not tell me. I even offered to pay it the second time just to see what it was. They refused. They are intentionally trying to screw you over. Dont let these low level jerks steal your money. Verify what you are paying for before you pay for it. Someone should really get a lawyer over to these people.

I would give it a 0 if possible. They didnt even have a hygienist there the day that i was supposed to have my teeth cleaned so they just did an "exam" and billed for that. This is back in November of 2011. Well it is now March 2012 and STILL dealing with these people on billing. They are saying they havent received payment and my insurance told me the date they mailed the check, check number, and the date the check was cashed, but somehow they "havent received it." Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I had an extreme amount of pain immediately following my removal of two teeth even though I had been antibiotics. I called and Dr. Sevier had me come back immediately and he renumbed for the night. I have had to come back 2 times due to pain and questions and the Dr and staff have been so very supportive and understanding. I am due for more work and hope all goes as well . Thank you Monarch. Having medical issues and a dental team that understands really helps.

First time here and everyone was really friendly. Dr. Smith is a really layer back and friendly guy who really made me feel comfortable (I am one who has panic attacks when I go to the dentist ). The pricing was reasonable and the payments were affordable. I would definitely recommend Monarch Dental in Pine Bluff to my friends and family.

Everything is going OK.i just got spacers yesterday and it hurts to chew.that is normal of course but I have been taking ibuprofen every 4 hrs for the pain. Excited about braces..Thats the fun part.will be getting them in exactly two weeks! Thanks monarch dental!Much love - Princess akins
