Its a nice place with nice doctors but its a place I wouldnt attend myself!! I recently needed a root canal and my mouth hurt!! Usually my Doctors any where else Ive gone to prescribe me a certain painkiller but this Dr didnt want to prescribe it because it a "schedule 2 control substance!! " Listen if Im in pain , Im in pain the Doctors Ive gone to prescribe it so I can atleast sleep and not feel the pain and this Dr from professional smiles didnt want to bother with it. I have no medical insurance Im paying fully for your service I deserve the best treatment not just a blanket and pillow that doesnt take my pain away... I definitely went else where and dont regret it!!! Good luck if your in pain folks... FYI*****Better ratings gives you opportunities to win free stuff I wouldnt trust the five stars!!!

moved here 4 months ago my wife and myself we needed to find a dentist so one day we walked into the office and was greeted by sonja and mara who were very pleasant and couteous after we had our cleanings we were informed by sonja what needed to be done she was very informative and explained everything to us and we then decided to go on having the work done with dr lopez my wife felt very comfortable with him and was impressed as we were with the whole staff the hygenist are great as is everyone never though i would say i look forward coming to the dentist lol but you all make it a fun experience did i just say that have a great day everyone you are doing a great job steve and elaine

excellent staff, an amazing Dr. I highly racomend them, but unfortunately during my visit for deep cleaning by accident they took my old crown out and Dr had to put it back unfortunately he didnt give me anything for it and it got infected after that. and is getting worse everyday, I left them a message today becuase I havent slept or eaten anything for past two days, my gum is infected, if I was that Dr I would have said yes we did it and whatever treatment you need becuase of this I will take care of it, but unfortunately when next day I went back they said it looks fine, it wasnt fine and it is worse now....

I have had a great experience at professional smiles. Their team is professional and very friendly. They have taken good care of my dental needs and I feel their pricing is affordable in comparison to other local dentists. I have been wanting to whiten my teeth for a long time and the whitening package they gave me works really fast too. Used to be good but has since gone downhill. Doctor and rest of the staff is rude, each appointment slot is consistently over booked, and they would rather strong arm you into regular cleanings before they will take care of more serious problems. Would not recommended anymore

Me and my son who has autism both had to get our teeth worked on and it was a so prefecionally done i was shock! and my son did not felt the needles and he did not even complain .. which is a big thing..lol..i recomed them.. 100%
