I am VERY upset at this place. Let me start by saying I went in for a free consult on invisalign. Very fast service routine x-rays and the exam. The Dentist said I had 3 cavities and was not a good match for invisalign and needed a cleaning pretty bad. I asked how is that possible that I have cavities and need a cleaning and how did my dentist not see that LAST MONTH! The dentist said well you do I will have someone come explain it to you and he walked out never to see him again. The assistant tried to push a cleaning on me and get me to pay $187.00 for cavities to be filled. I told them no please give me my ID and insurance card back he then proceeds to tell me I need to do research on invisalign and I told him thanks but I have been for over 9 years. Keep in mind I was going for ORTHO only. My regular dentist is MINT Dentistry and I love them but they dont do braces. I had just went and had my 6 month cleaning 7/15/16 a little over a month before this visit and had no cavities or any issues. So when I leave this place I ended up calling another Orthodontist and getting in the same day for a consult. Needless to say I drove to Plano and in a short hour after being told this terrible news I was told I didnt have any cavities and I can get invisalign without any problems and I gave my $6k for braces to Sweet Life Dental and I love this place very friendly and personal staff. I also went back to Mint and had them double check and they said my mouth was very healthy no issues what so ever. ALLHEART DENTAL WILL LIE AND TRY TO DO WORK ON YOUR MOUTH THAT DOESNT NEED IT! THIS IS MY BODY FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION!

Allheart Dental in Red Oak, Texas was awsome. The people were very patient with my son that is handicap. Because of his cerebral palsy you never know when a jerking movement will happen, and it always happens at the worse possible time. The people at Allheart Dental were soooooo patient. They worked and sweated forever, it felt like, to get just a decent x-ray. That never really happened, but they were good enough. I was very worried about taking him back to get a cavity fixed because of his jerking movements. It was not easy, but they got it done. No one ever complained or acted put out. I was very happy with the work they did. I was even more happy with how they never acted like they were frustrated, upset with my sons involuntary movements. I will be returning again. I cant imagine a more pleasant experience with something that is not always pleasant.

I have been trying to find a dentist that could take care of both my 4 y/o and 10 y/o. I decided to come to allheart dental because they accepted them both but I didnt know what to expect. I was happy from the moment I walked in. They addressed my children by name as soon as we walked in. The reception are is welcoming and so are the whole facilities, clean and welcoming. Josh, the tech, took my children one at a time and asked them what they wanted to watch while they waited. I did t have to worry about keeping them calm at all. Dr. Widdig was awesome! He was patient and explained everything to my 4 y/o so she wouldnt be scared. With my son, who is autistic, he calmly explained step by step and gave time for him to process. I couldnt have asked for better services and environment! I recommend it 100%. We will be back!

I had a 1 extraction, 3 fillings, root canal and my crown being made and my cost was less then a $1,000 and thats good cause we all know dentists are expensive. The staff are very professional and they are the type who remember who you are. For instance I have been there one other time and I only had a few x-rays on my first visit was November 4th and mentioned I was going to Cabo for my 1st Anniversary and Birthday so lets scheduled an appointment after my trip. So I walked into the office this morning and one of the receptionists asked me today December 13th how was my trip to Cabo? I dont know about how you try to find a doctor but I personally like the ones who treated like a friend and not just another patient with a wallet. Thats how they made me feel like a friend....

If I could give it no stars, I would. Everyone here is so unprofessional. I had two appointments with them. One because I had cavities. They didnt answer any of my questions and were in a hurry to be onto the next patient. The second time I got my bottom two wisdom teeth removed and they gave me no instructions whatsoever for the post removal. We asked what food I could eat and they went and printed from google "what to eat after wisdom teeth". I had no idea I wasnt suppose to drink from a straw and I did so as soon as I got out, my husband googled it and we then learned it could cause dry socket. This place needs to either be shut down or needs to learn manners, how to answer questions, and how to give instructions. Never coming back here again

First, they offer every patient $ off their procedures to write a positive review. (Thus the high rating and numerous reviews) Second, they have NO dental technicians so the Dr. does your cleaning, meaning you could wait HOURS. Third, when you decline to do the work they want to do, the cleaning IS SO pathetic I rescheduled and got another one done at another dental office. This dr. wanted to replace every filling in my mouth because they apparently werent done right. Second opinion - nothing wrong w. fillings. He wanted to redo my crown. Second opinion - the crown is fine and until it presents a problem, no reason to mess with it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. It is all about making a buck at the expense of your teeth - which is NOT RIGHT.

Dentist was dry and not very personable - told me I had 3 cavities and assistant would go over fees with me. There were no explanations or options and I was never shown the x-rays. After getting a price of $311 after insurance, I asked what exactly would they be doing. Assistant told me I had 9 cavities. After questioning her count, she said, "well, actually you only have 5 and there are some fillings that have problems too.” They were very pressing to get me to schedule to have the work done, not very clear as to what services I would be paying for. I went to a different dentist, was told 3 cavities, shown and explained the x-rays, and given options – all needed work performed was $65 after insurance.

Today was our first visit to the Red Oak office. We went to the Arlington location Saturday because my husband was having a tooth ache. They gave him antibiotics and set us up an appointment for Red Oak. We just moved to the area and I thought we would not find a good dentist again! We did! Monica was so empathetic and understanding. She helped us decide on a treatment plan. The doctor was awesome! He was patient and understanding. He was fast and effective. He worked with and was understanding about my husbands spine issue. He understood the effect of laying in the Chair a long time and did his best to get him upright as soon as possible! Absolutely impressed with this office!
