THIS WAS THE WORST DENTIST I HAD EVER BEEN TOO. they did a root canal on one of my front teeth and the dentist kept leaving to go take care of something else..not really sure of what. he took so long that i had to be stuck several times with the needle to numb the whole area. it took a little over 4 hours for the work he did on me and of course over an hour in the waiting room. i of course never went back there. now at my new dentist who is amazing, they tell me that the root canal was so poorly done that they could not advise me to save that tooth..or really that it was just not the longest term option due to the lack of tooth that had been left behind!!!! the staff was rude an acted like it was my fault they were so behind. i just hope no one else has to go through what i did and no one else is out the kind of money they charge for very poor dental work.

On my visit to Monarch Dental in Red Oak,my experience was amazing,the staff at this location made me fill welcome and comfortable,they gave me top notch service,but i was really blown away by the manager at this location,i must say she answered all my question i need answered,she gave me advice from her experience,and she also had here doctor to come up with the best solution for me,i would recommend this office to anyone that would ask,i have told a great deal of my coworkers about my experience and most of them was amazed and kinda shocked about the experience i had at Monarch,many of my coworkers said they would have give Monarch a try,my name is Broderick Wilson, and i loved my experience at the Monarch Red Oak office

When I called the make a appointment, I could tell that the office was busy. Nevertheless the staff took care of me in a timely manner. They ask if Id like to receive a appointment reminder by text or email. The day of my appointment, when I walked in they were busy, but nevertheless took care of me in a timely manner. The staff was so polite and helpful. I didnt realize that I was filling out the wrong paperwork and they assured me that it was ok. The doctor was to kind and patient. I know that I ask a million question and it didnt seem to bother them. I made a follow-up appointment. I would recommend this office to anyone. They meet all of my needs and some. Recently my son had some really extensive dental work performed at the Monarch Dental location in Red Oak, Texas. I was very apprehensive prior to going to Monarch due to some of the posts/reviews I read online. Our personal experience was more superb. The office staff was very friendly. Ms. Jackson ( Office Manager) put me at ease as she thoroughly explained the financial details of my sons services. Finally, Dr. Browns excellent patient care, knowledge and professionalism was absolutely superior. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality dental care given with a spirit of excellence.

Went in to get x-rays literally months ago now because my wisdom teeth hurt so bad. Spent another month after that calling just trying to find out what the deal is and why they would never set me up an appointment (I have great insurance) and after finally giving up and just going to out of network dentist to fix this issue they flat out refuse to give me or the dentist the proper xrays so now I have to pay out of pocket to have these xrays done yet again. For a company that everyone claims wants nothing but your money they sure pushed me aside fast.

My last two visits get a 5 star rating! Dr Brennan has always been a great dentist. I have a lot of confidence in him and the work he has done on my teeth is the best! Dr. Ingel did a consult on a root canal and did an excellent job explaining the problem and gave me a number of treatment options. Very patient in answering all my questions which I very much appreciated. Front office staff is friendly and professional. About a year ago I was not pleased with extended wait times but that has not been the case this year, which I am very happy to see.

What should have been a quick visit for an examination (since they wont clean your teeth on the first visit) took about two hours. The staff was disorganized. Once I finally got called to an exam room, the dental assistant had to spend some time searching the rest of the building for a blood pressure cuff. After another ten or fifteen minutes, the doctor finally came in. After a brief two-minute examniation I was told to come back in two weeks for my cleaning and a filling. Overall, the experience was tedious, dissatisfying, and inconvenient.

Ive been coming to Monarch Dental for over 10 years and I have NEVER had a bad experience. The technicians are very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk to. Whenever I have a question it is answered thoroughly. Dr. Karol Brown is a great doctor, when she left one office and came to the Ovilla Office I followed her and really will follow her anywhere she goes. I really enjoy my dental visits and I am so glad to have Monarch to take care of my smile and teeth. Thanks for all you do. Nemmie Bonner

Went in on a Saturday to get fillings done. Was having my fillings rushed and the anaesthetic wasnt working, I could feel the drill. I raised my hand to let her know that it really hurt and she literally thought I was lying. She was drilling different teeth asking if it hurt, it still hurt, but less than before, so I told her that. She goes "yeah thats the same tooth" then proceeds to drill into the tooth that was experiencing terrible pain.

The best experience ever!!!! Prior to going I hadnt gone to the dentist much as a child and I never had a job with dental benefits. So when I found a better job I decided it was time to go to the dentist and take care of my wisdom teeth that had been bothering me for about 3 years. I was nervous but the ladies in the front took awesome care of me. They were so great and helpful and told me not to worry before I went to the back.

I can personally say that Ive never left from this office without laughing or smiling. If youre looking for a dentist office who treats you as a human being and not just as someone who theyre trying to take money from then I most definitely recommend Monarch Dental in Red Oak.
