I will base my review over professionalism, atmosphere, prices, dental work, and with what I loved the most: Professionalism: The staff is courteous and professional. They will give you a courtesy call to remind you of the appointment you will have with them. Prices: From the numerous dental estimates I did from various factor dental clinics, the prices at comfort dental are fair. I paid all cash. They accept credit and debit cards and if you dont have any you may apply for a charge card known as "care credit" (its an independent financial company) and if you have good credit the company will give you a limit that you may use towards your dental work or anywhere else "Care Credit" is accepted. If you pay in cash prices are a lot cheaper if your part of the "Gold Plan" they offer. (For more info in the gold plan visit their webpage.) Dental work: Doctor Ilan Kiselstein is an awesome dentist! I went around the area to get quotes in dental work. Ultimately, I chose Dr. Ilan because of how comfortable he made me feel. He cares not only about his work but also making sure that you are educated over the procedure you will have. I will consider myself an educated shopper so for me that was a plus. I had a crown done and Im halfway through the procedure. Thus far it has been a pleasant experience. Atmosphere: Located in a mid busy intersection in East Dallas. You wont have any trouble finding parking space, there is plenty. The place is very clean. Since its a new location you get the benefits of getting treated quicker then usual since there is less customer traffic and being word on with modern new technology. What I loved the most: It definitely has to be the dentist, which is what should matter the most. Who cares about atmosphere when its the actual work in your teeth that matters. Dr. Ilan is the dentist to go for if your interested in being seen as an individual case instead of a consumer. He will gladly help you in your journey for better oral health. Disclaimer: Im an actual customer and was not paid for this review. Im just a happy customer, thus far! My crown procedure is not done but I will update this review until the work is finalized. Its tough to describe how grateful I am to Dr. Talbot. I woke up Christmas Eve morning to find that the bond I had done at my dentist had fallen off my front tooth. Knowing that I had a 7am flight the morning of 12/26, I realized today was my only chance to find a dentist who could repair my tooth before my trip. I called Comfort Dental, where they informed me that they were open, but for Care Days. I asked what that was, and I learned it was a day where they provide free care for uninsured patients. Knowing that I didnt meet that criterion, I told them I didnt want to detract from their worthy cause with my vain plight and would look elsewhere. Christine was insistent that I come in since it was a simple fill, and I asked if I could make a donation to their cause or something like that. When I arrived, I realized it wasnt a charitable cause; its just some amazing dentists donating their time to folks who can use their help. I insisted that they bill my insurance, but Im not just writing this review because they did me a solid. And to be clear, they didnt leave me with a residual balance, whereas my other dentist charged me $60 in addition to billing my insurance. Dr. Talbot was the first of three dentists who completed this filling who didnt tell me what a hard time hed have matching the standard bond colors to my teeth, which admittedly are not exactly a naturally occurring color of white. He was the first to not ask me to feel around my tooth for roughness to make sure it was right, and the first who did not have to correct the bite after finishing. He knew what he was doing, and that took all the stress out of the equation. In addition to being an awesome person, he is highly skilled at his craft. At every turn, he checked in to make sure that what he was doing felt okay. Ill absolutely be back for my regular cleanings.

I do not understand why a cash paying customer needs to be forced to give up their Social Security Number and Driver License info when they can not tell you how such information is protected. Cash means no insurance companies to deal with and the price quoted is what is paid before you walk out the door. Well, I walked out the door but only because they wanted too many forms of ID they are unable to tell you how they protect. NOTE: This did not happen at Columbia location but mesquite location. I have avoided the dentist for years and this experience may get me back on track. Dr. Talbot and Dr. Petros were very friendly and I didnt feel uncomfortable or judged despite my poor attendance record. My appointment was at 2:30 and I was in the chair by 2:45 and out in a very timely fashion. They were also transparent about their prices before service, which is really respectful and appreciated! Update - they even called to check on me after getting a lot of work done!

I am beyond pleased with the treatment and care I received at Comfort Dental!!! Such a complete opposite experience than I had received at the other dentist I was going to. The staff was friendly, gentle and genuinely cared. Dr. Talbott even gave me a call afterwards to check on me. I am so thankful I found Comfort Dental. Thank you!!!

I am terrified of going to the dentist and after some research I decided to give comfort dental a try and I am so glad I did. I had get some work and cleaning done and Dr. Lane was amazing. He never made me feel uncomfortable, and he made sure that I was feeling okay while doing the cleaning. I will definitely be back to see him soon.

Although on a limited budget, the staff provided me financial options that are tailored perfectly for me. Having had two painless and comfortable visits for a minor cleaning and two fillings, I am now a loyal patient of Dr. Talbot. Knowledgeable and very friendly staff. Just got two extraction and it was painless!! Great service by Dr. and staff. If you live in the area, this would be a great family dentist office or a great place to get in and out with quality work.
